Located in the north-western part of the island ,its an amazing location protected by conservation laws that have kept the area free of over development. With epic mountain and sea-views (the photos don't do it justice) the tents are located 450m above the coastline. If a place to relax and unwind is what you after then this would be the place to come to. There are also some amazing levada walks to explore in the area.There are three tents on the property so you might neighbours.

We have stayed in some really great homes all over the world and this was one of the best. The villa is sleek and modern, perched above the Atlantic with forever views, and very private and quiet. For us the location was great, because we could get to many hikes as well as the airport quite easily. It's perched above Ponta do Sol which has several good restaurants, and close to Ribiera which has more. It was the perfect size for our family of 5, and having 3 bathrooms was great. Little things like Bluetooth enabled sound systems and individual AC enhance the experience. We (the parents) were arriving separately from our daughters, and our flight was unable to land and returned to Lisbon, but our youngest still landed an hour later on her own from Porto. Rita was very helpful, texting her the directions to the villa and staying late till our daughter arrived to make sure she got in okay. Rita was also very responsive the whole week if we had any questions. We loved Madeira and the villa

Beautiful home with all the amenities that you need for a nice relaxing stay. The house is in an area where there are not a lot of shops nearby so be prepared with a car. The home is comfortable and well decorated. The views are amazing! Madeira is a beautiful treasure!

Vila da Eva is highly recommended. It is located in a quiet village, a little further from the tourist centers. This does ensure that you can enjoy in peace, which we found a plus. The view from the terrace and living room is truly sublime. You overlook the sea and the hills. The communication with Eva was very good and fast. We were also able to check in a little earlier than listed on the site. The house is perfectly fine. Very neat and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. We regularly cooked ourselves and everything was at hand. Ah yes... Bar do Russo (100m walking distance) is really recommended if you want to taste a delicious strong poncha among the locals. Absolutely do! In short: Vila da Eva is highly recommended!!!!!!!

Beautiful cottage in the old town. It was super clean and left nothing to be desired. The balcony has sun until 2:00 PM in February and overlooks a mountain. As a welcome there was a huge fruit plate and fresh eggs from their own farm. Thank you! I felt comfortable in the place and house.

We had an amazing 16 days here! Ana was so very helpful with finding the villa safely and responsive when asking for some different glasses for the kitchen. She will do anything for her visitors to ensure they have the best stay. The view is phenomenal! There is always something to look at, whether the sun is shining or the rain clouds are passing over. We used the recommended taxi driver to go into the town a few times for meals and cocktails- this was easy to organise by text. Whilst the final road to the villa is very narrow and a little steep to start with, it is well worth it to enjoy the peace and tranquility once you are there! Thank you, Ana!

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights in this great place. A great quiet place with sea views, sheep pasture outside the door, great for sunset and star gazing. The spherical tents are an experience, have air conditioning/heating. And romantic fairy lights. Great outdoor bathroom, we had Bali vibes. Shared kitchen with stove and microwave as well as a private refrigerator per spherical tent. There was the possibility to book a breakfast with Germana for an extra charge. The contact with Germana was great! Great stay!

This is a great place if you want to be off the beaten track - very peaceful mountain retreat and lots of space. We were able to park our car in the garage and Laura helped us with our questions promptly. Lovely neighbourhood. Well supplied stay - blankets and heaters provided. Welcome bottle of wine a lovely edition to the stay. Great facilities, including bathroom. Home also had a bar - a wonderful delight! Steep drive to get to village / neighbourhood . Beautiful surroundings , very peaceful ! Love love love this place! Very big for two people - would recommend for large group / family!

We had a really perfect stay at this house. Everything was perfectly clean, tidy, the house lacked nothing. The view from the house was simply beautiful, the view of the sunrise every day was like a painting to us. The heated pool, not very large but really very nice and sheltered from the wind. Jorge was really very attentive to us and our needs, he responded to us every time. Right next to the house a house is under construction but the workers were not present every day and when they came it was at times in the middle of the day, not too noisy. To sum up, the stay was really perfect for us!
