We spent 4 happy days on a family vacation at this house! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, it was very clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a peaceful stay! The gourmet and pool area is very nice and the condominium is safe and quiet! My highlight is the service from Marta ! Great accommodation, very clean and organized place, air conditioning in the rooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fit new and very close to the beach. I traveled with my children and wife and we really liked it, we were very well accommodated. Fábio was a great host, responsive, polite and helpful.

Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.

Very comfortable cottage, clean, with all the necessary utensils. New dishes. Very close to the beach, bakery and pharmacy. You can walk everywhere. I recommend it!!

Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

The beach has amphibious chairs that make it much easier to travel. Rodrigo is very helpful and is always ready to respond and help.

Our stay was great, the feeling of waking up and facing the sea is wonderful. The pictures correspond to the house that is beautiful, the kitchen is equipped and was very good, because our stay was 5 days. The building is super quiet and the pool is simply perfect. An employee of the gatehouse delivers a sheet explaining all the rules of the condominium. And César was super receptive, gave restaurant tips, was flexible with check out. We would definitely come back again and again.
