A great place for a short stay in Taormina. Great location just by the gate to the old town, and literally in front of the bus station for public transport

Besonders gut hat uns die Betreuung vor Ort von Angela gefallen. Wir sind in alles super eingewiesen worden. Chiara war immer erreichbar und hat uns einen Parkplatz vermittelt, der 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Viele Tipps haben una geholfen schnell im Ort zurecht zu finden. Vielen lieben Dank an Chiara und Angela. Wir waren zu sechst in der Unterkunft und haben uns auch selbst versorgt. Alles war ausreichend vorhanden. Geschirr, Gläser Töpfe und Pfannen. Wir sagen Danke und kommen gerne wieder.

Paolos Unterkunft war perfekt für die Erkundung des wunderschönen Taormina. Das Auto haben wir in einem nahegelgenden Parkhaus gelassen, welches uns Paolo empfohlen hat. Von dort aus war es sehr unkompliziert die Wohnung zu finden. In der Unterkunft hat man alles was man braucht. Sie ist perfekt für ein bis zwei Personen. Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn ich nochmal in Taormina bin!

Roberto ci ha accolto molto calorosamente, la casa è molto pulita e accogliente e c'è un ottimo ristorante nelle vicinanze, c'è una chiesa vicino alla casa con una vista molto bella, molto raccomandabile, se tornerò in Sicilia la prossima volta, sceglierò di soggiornare di nuovo in questa casa!

We stayed here for 3 nights over Easter weekend. Paola was very responsive from the moment we made the booking. She also assisted with restaurant recommendations. Her father - who stays just below - was incredibly helpful and friendly! He offered us some home made sweets which is part of their cultural celebration of Easter and made us feel at home and welcome.

Je recommande ce logement, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Manuel qui m'a même aidé avec ma valise. Le logement est conforme au photos, très propre, bien décoré et équipé. Il est parfait pour 2 et est idéalement situé : à deux pas d'un supermarché et à 5 min à pieds de la rue principale de Taormine, tout en étant dans une zone tranquille.

C’est un village incroyable ! Et Cesare est un super hôte ! Les arancini à 20m sont supers bons, le bar est typique et amical, et il y a de très belles balades tout autour. Mes seuls regrets : ne pas être resté plus longtemps, et ne pas parler bien italien pour pouvoir communiquer avec les habitants du village qui sont très amicaux.

Der Aufenthalt bei Lory war sehr schön, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung, als auch die Lage sind wunderschön, man hat seine Ruhe und ist schnell mit dem Roller oder Bus in der Stadt und die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist wie auf den Fotos! Wir haben von Lory gute Tipps für Restaurants, Rollervermietung und sehenswerte Orte auf der Insel bekommen. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour avec nos deux enfants dans cette belle maison. Nous avons beaucoup profité du jardin et de ses arbres fruitiers, de la vue sur la mer et du barbecue pour des repas sur la terrasse! L'accueil de Caterina était chaleureux, elle nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Malfa est un village idéal pour visiter l'île, et à 10 minutes à pied de la maison se trouve une jolie plage. Nous espérons revenir!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Manuela! Das Haus ist traumhaft schön eingerichtet und der Garten einfach atemberaubend – inklusive unvergesslichem Blick auf den Ätna, den wir sogar in Aktion erleben durften. Auch die Umgebung bietet tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: Besonders der Strand an der Isola Bella mit der Seilbahnfahrt nach Taormina sowie unser Tag an der Alcantara-Schlucht haben uns begeistert. Manuela hat uns mit liebevollen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Orangen und kleinen Osternestern überrascht, was uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben hat, willkommen zu sein. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Eine einfache aber wunderschöne Villa mit viel Platz, mehreren Terassen und einem wunderschönen und unverbautem Blick auf das Meer. Von dort kann man zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto die Gegend erkunden und man kann jeden Tag etwas neues entdecken. Sei es das Castello, den Capo Milazzo oder das alte und neue Zentrum der Stadt. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber auch das hat seinen Charme. Ja, es gibt keine richtigen Duschen oder eine Klimaanlage, aber das wurde durch die Aussicht, den großzügigen Garten und vieles mehr wieder wettgemacht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch Alessandra und ihre Familie. Superfreundlich, hilfsbereit und reagieren total nett und zeitnah auf Anfragen. Vielen Dank für 2 tolle Wochen auf Sizilien.

Melania et sa famille ont été très réactifs par message et très accueillants ! C’est un endroit très paisible, un havre de paix en plein cœur de la nature, les photos ne seront jamais à la hauteur de la beauté du lieu ! Une vraie pépite. Je recommande vivement ! Merci pour votre accueil

This is one of the truly best experiences we have ever had. If you are lucky enough to be physically fit and able to do the walk this is once in a life time stay. The walk up the “goat track”is stunning and the peace and quiet and view of the other islands from the house will take your breath away. The house inside is comfortable and clean and the outdoor covered kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. Alfredo is really helpful and brings you extra things you need.

This is my second time to stay here and I truly love it. Graziella and Alessandro are the perfect hosts and make you feel very welcome. They respond swiftly to all communication. We very much appreciated the bowl of lemons and white wine! Thank you both. The views are amazing and the balcony is the spot to be for the beautiful sunrises and breakfast. The walk up is steep but as others say, it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend it to others.

Som alle andre besøgende har skrevet er udsigten perfekt, Maria er meget informerende og havde indkøbt forskellige madvarer. Eneste ting som jeg ikke synes at andre gæster nævner er at bygningen som lejligheden ligger i trænger til en stor istandsættelse.

Это был прекрасный отдых благодаря гостеприимству Джованни и его уютному дому с милым садом, из которого можно любоваться Этной. В доме есть абсолютно все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Я бы рекомендовала иметь машину напрокат, тем более, что всегда можно было найти парковочное место рядом с домом, что большая редкость на Сицилии. Отсюда легко добраться до Таормины, Катании, Этны, Сиракуз и даже до Палермо. До пляжа Фондачелло на машине можно доехать за 5 минут, и мы даже могли плавать в это время. Рядом много магазинов и хороших ресторанов. Я бы рекомендовала иметь мелкие монеты для парковки в крупных городах. Ещё раз большое спасибо Джованни за гостеприимство и заботу!

Our dream came true. Let meg start with Claudia and his husband who were delightful, always ready to answer us. We were arriving late night, they were waiting for us at the ferry. They offered us Mány program, restaurant and beach. The house was perfect for 2 people to enjoy holiday on this amazing little island. AC is working extra well, the outside kitchen.. anybody would like to have a same kitchen at home. You can meet with the neighbours cats, and the way to the house is covered fully ín flower. Claudia even came to say good bye to us. She immediately treated us well, we couldn't wish for better. We cannot be grateful enough, for meeting her, his husband and their little dog. We recommend this little treasure house to everybody, who would like to be in a peaceful accomodation and enjoy Lipari day and nightlife in 5 minutes walk.

The appartement was more than expected! The photos are already beautiful but in reality it is even better, we were stunned About the balcony and the rooftop with amazing vieuw! Every morning we had breakfast with sunrise. The night of Arrival we were very late, Giovanni made sure we had Some food and drinks. Very good host! Taormina is beautiful and has so many choiches in restaurants, bars and amazing stores. With just a few minutes of Walking you will be at the cable car wich lead to the beautiful beach isola bella. The appartement is very clean, great bathrooms and nice beds. Whe had an amazing stay here, 5 stars from us ✨

Casa Lionessa, the location and the communication with Chiara was above my expectations. The view from of the bay and Mt Etna from the sunny terrace both day and night was spectacular and being across the road from the gorgeous park and moments from restaurants, bars and the Bam Bar made this an ideal romantic holiday location. The support I received from Chiara when my lugguage was lost by the airline was amazing. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

If you’re looking for a safe, secure, and spacious accommodation that feels isolated but is right next to everything you need to see in Taormina then you found the spot. The apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Sicilian coastline and neighboring Calabria. Beautiful pool, gardens, and easy access to the Main Street of Taormina. The place was stocked with supplies, plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, some food, and a delicious bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Highly recommend for a first time visit to the area!

Antonino è stato un ottimo host, la casa è come da descrizione, dotata di ogni confort. Casa al piano terra non esposta al sole quindi fresca ma dotata di riscaldamento. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

This apartment looks newly refurbished and is a stone's throw from the main promenades of Taormina. In actual fact, in reality the apartment is bigger than than it looks in the listing photos. The bed was super comfy and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Also, all reasonable utensils for self catering, including a tea pot for British guests! A note, please make sure you hire a smaller car as this will be appropriate for the available parking and getting in and out of Taormina for excursions.
