Lory's place is as described, the terrace is fantastic as are the views over the sea and to the horizon. There are a couple of good restuarants close by but you will need a car to fully enjoy the experience. A great quiet place to relax, unwind and get away from everyday life.

A kind and considerate landlord. Always present and available. The house is in a strategic and central place. The layout and organization of the house is better than shown on the site (I would recommend to Alberto to take different photos). We had a wonderful time. Thank you

This a wonderful house. It is thoughtfully decorated and well equipped. The sea view from the orange and lemon grove is really beautiful. Some reviews have mentioned noise - not an issue, with the church bells being the main sound you hear! Caterina and Francesco were perfect hosts and made sure that our young family had a great stay.

absolument incroyable ! everything is even better than the pictures! a beautiful home, as much as the view it offers us! the kitchen is very well equipped the house is clean rachele and her husband are adorable and answer all your questions. Our boat having been canceled we had to arrive later and the scooter rentals were closed, they came to pick us up from the port and brought us back on the day of our departure. we also had the chance to receive the visit from the cat who ended up giving us his presence for the stay. Thank you so much for everything! The best airbnb we've had! Paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at the appartement. We really enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the nature all around. We even got nice fresh fruits out of the garden!

This is a luxury gem hidden away in a tranquil location. The only minus off season was that most restaurants <30 minutes away were closed (October) otherwise this place is magic, clean, newly refurbished, has all necessary amenities, incredibly private and has excellent hosts and goat farmer neighbors ;)

Excellent hosting by Tiziana, the accommodation is perfect, very clean and functional. Full of small touches from Tiziana, we made fresh orange juice, the kids loved it. Very good coffee. We visited Capo Milazzo and took a trip to Stromboli, the location of the accommodation is perfect. Private parking for car. Small supermarket 30 seconds walk if needed. Thanks a lot

The apartment has a fantastic secluded location (with the landlords) in the mountains. The views from the garden are beautiful. In 2-3 km you are on Monte Ogliastro or Monte Veneretta, from where you can overlook the whole region. Fantastic! The terrace is large and completely fenced. Then comes the parking lot and then the beautiful fenced garden. The cats were very nice and there were no problems with the dog. Unfortunately, the cats were all very, very thin, at least 3 had severe diarrhea. The turtles in the garden had very bleak small enclosures and the dog was often locked away on the balcony. Unfortunately, pets usually have a bad life in Sicily. That made the vacation sad.

Very beautiful and peaceful place . The outside is beautiful and everything is very well maintained. Andrea is responsive and indicates all the places that are available in the area. The place is big enough for a family of 5 and we had a great time there. Thank you for everything.

We loved the house of Jaco, it had an amazing view and is super quiet. We made an phenomenal BBQ outside on the grill. We will come back for sure. Felt like home.

We had a wonderful time with our 2 little chileren at the beautiful house. The view at the pool is incredible and the garden is beautiful and well maintained. Anna Lucia and Sergio are superfriendly and made us feel at home. We recommand this place enough!

What a lovely place to stay.Marta and Fracesco are great hosts, they made us feel home. Marta showed us around the farm and their little museum. We were given welcome basket containing their fresh eggs from farm, home produced honey which tasted like no other honey I had, olive oil also produced by them, tomatoes, lemons and limes. There is a lovely swimming pool which you may share with other guests which was never an issue.Shops and restaurants are close , there is also train station where you can take train to Palermo if you don’t fancy driving.Anyone looking for traditional and rustic stay , this is place for you! We would definitely come back again. ❤️

We stayed for a week at 6 people on the upstairs part of the house. The apartment does not fully match the photos since a bedroom has been added to the living room … but the living room remains very spacious. There were no shutters ( and no opaque curtains in the living room) which is a shame when you sleep in the living room and the sun rises at 6 a.m. ... and especially to cut off the sun when it's very hot . The kitchen was not sufficiently equipped rather rustic Thankfully Sonia was responsive to our requests. The A/C was essential but not good enough to refresh the rooms. I would say that the apartment is worth it for the terrace and the view of Taormina and the tranquility if there are people on the ground floor ( this apartment must be more suitable for a long stay). The exteriors are really magical and very enjoyable during the heatwave they are also very well maintained .

We had a wonderful week in Patti - Lara’s home was the perfect base to explore the island from. Lara and Martina were extremely helpful, providing lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit. The pool is gorgeous, and there are balconies all around the house so you can chase the sun (or shade) throughout the day. We really can’t recommend this place enough.

Guilia's place is spectacular! It's better than the photos with gorgeous views of the sea, mountains, city and even Calabria in the distance. The grounds are immaculate with a huge private terrace for meals and drinks and a massive pool that feels like your own private resort. Giulia's family lives in the other units and were always friendly and helpful but not intrusive in the least. Even Papaya the dog knew when to leave us to ourselves lol! The interior is pristine and spacious. As many have pointed out the town center is about a 10-15 minute walk away. So you are very close to all the restaurants and shops but away from the tourist hordes. Taormina is hilly but most of the walk is relatively flat. Traffic is not a worry, we did not encounter much of it on our walks. Also, Italian drivers, although speedy, are careful and well aware of pedestrians. Giulia is a fantastic host, always quick to provide recommendations and respond to our questions. Wish we could have stayed forever!

I really can’t say enough great things about our stay! The communication with Miro was excellent from start to finish. The villa itself was beautiful, sparkling clean, and the panoramic views were breathtaking. The home was modern and beautifully decorated, and it was amazing how much detail went into making sure of a great experience. We got lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do. The location is wonderful and easy to day trip to many places which we did and then come back and enjoy lovely dinners in Capo d’Orlando. What a wonderful place and I highly recommend renting this villa for your next Sicilian vacation. Thanks Miro and I hope to see you again one day!

Amazing place!! So private, and beautiful. As it is somewhat remote, our hosts arranged for a taxi (which was included in the rent) from our ferry. Our driver waited for us to do our food shopping before whisking us off to the property. Once there, our host transported us and all our luggage to our private casita. There, we enjoyed the spacious views from our large terrace, our private swimming hole below, and nearby beach. One can see Stromboli on the left and Vulcano on the right, with its simmering crater. Sunrises over the ocean below. Our hosts Mariagrazia and Carlo were warm and welcoming. I would give Seven Stars if I could!!

We stayed here and were the only two guests in late April. We got a room upgrade and ate their delicious four course dinner. We felt really well taken care of and even got to see Etna clearly at night erupting - it was so cool! You really feel taken care of here I would highly recommend.

My two girlfriends and I had a wonderful two nights in the countryside, with so much thought and care put into our stay from our hosts. Arriving after a long drive we where welcomed with cake, tea, eggs, treats, everything essential to a comfortable first night and morning. Our booking included an entertaining and fun evening cooking local dishes with Nino and Dina and we enjoyed a lovely night together round the table with amazing food and drinks and sharing stories. What a pleasure this was and a great start to our holiday and to Sicily! We know some of the prior reviews mention the neighbours dogs barking, this was the case on one of the nights and sorted out with some earplugs, so we would advise this. It did not spoil our stay at all and we left full of joy at having met such wonderful people and having had such a great time. Thank you to our hosts for looking after us so well and we would recommend you book this wonderful experience if you are in Sicily!

I, my wife and our 10-11 month baby had a fantastic one month stay at Villa Britannia. The beautiful villa had everything we looked for: great location, a lovely garden (in which "The Snake" by DH Lawrence was written), a big kitchen (great for perfecting Pasta alla Norma), seaview and parking (the large garage could easily fit our quite long estate car). Louisa and her husband Marco are lovely people and provided service on a far higher level than most Airbnb-hosts. Any minor issues were quickly sorted out. Louisa would bring us wines to try and proactively let us know about events in town or traffic challenges, as well as giving great recommendations and help with any problem. We were provided with a baby cot, a baby bath, several (!) baby chairs and lots of toys. Could not ask for more. We really hope to be back one day!

Lovely stay in a beautiful, peaceful location with gorgeous pool, views of Mount Etna and easy access to Savoca, Taormina, Etna, Alcantara Gorge and the coast. Very nice breakfast by the pool on our last day. Highly recommended.

Small studio apartment with integrated kitchen and visually separated bathroom. Comfortable bed. There is a large, quiet terrace behind the house, which can be shared with a 2nd residential party if necessary. Located at the end of the village and from there another 7 minutes to a small beach.

Beautiful location, apartment with sea and mountain view. Very comfortable bed. Car can be parked at the door. A small and charming town. The perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and a good starting point. I would come back:)
