A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Our apartment is located right on the edge of the forest. Our 120 sqm garden is suitable for children to play and for pets. Our apartment includes: 1 bedroom with double bed 1 children's bedroom with bunk bed for 2 children 2 sofa beds as a reserve sleeping option, Wi-Fi, tiled stove. There are Italian, Greek and local restaurants and a natural swimming pond in the village. A butcher shop, a small supermarket and the train station are only 300 meters away.

Mountain cabin on the Grandsberg

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian Forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

Within walking distance you can reach 2 supermarkets and a stop of the forest railway. This offers quick access to surrounding cities and long-distance traffic! Ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the Bavarian Forest.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
