Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Patar Beach

the place itself is superb. the 2 bedroom apartment is clean, welll maintained, and it has complete cooking essentials. will definitely go back next time. overall, we enjoyed our stay there and we will definitely go back next time.

The host was very accommodating and provided us with the things we needed esp in cooking. They have sari-sari store and free gallon of water! :) They have tables and swings perfect for hanging out. Rooms are just a few steps to the beach. The difficulty we had was the water supply. But they do have stored water for times when we can't get from the faucet. Thank you Jjam's!

The place is exactly as depicted in the photos. While there are occasional power outages, the caretaker's assistance has been invaluable, especially since they have a generator, which has been a significant advantage for us. We never saw this as an inconvenience, as the caretaker was always attentive and eager to help. Additionally, the internet connection was reliable. A big thank you to Tatay for his exceptional service.

We had a wonderful stay at Camille’s place! The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Her mom was incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Alaminos!

We stayed here for 3d2n and the room was clean and spacious. Host was very responsive to all my inquiries and list the accurate inclusions of the transient. They're are also kind enough to helped me with my little surprise for our Anniversary celebration. The place is accessible to talipapa and other food store and you can use their complete kitchen tools.

We recently stayed at Florida Place and had a wonderful experience! The room was impeccably clean, and we were especially impressed by the incredible staff. They provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay, right up until we checked out. A special shoutout to the girl with short hair who was so helpful—unfortunately, we forgot to ask her name! The only downside was the road leading to the resort, which is quite narrow, and the pin location wasn't exactly accurate. However, these minor issues were easily overshadowed by the perfect service and hospitality we received. Overall, Florida Place is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding staff. We highly recommend it and would love to return!

Very accomodating ang staff

This place is perfect for a large group of people. It’s a bit far from the city proper but you get to experience a relaxing “province” vibes since the house is surrounded by trees. The caretakers are accommodating as well. :)

ang enjoy kame sobra. feeling at home at bagay na bagay for big group of friends or family. however, meron lang need improve sa listing description when it comes sa distance ng patar beach and falls need lang din improve ung cleanliness ng bathroom but overall. the best staycation 🥰🥰🥰

The host was welcoming and easily reached via phone. Staff provided cooking materials for a fee. They also helped speak to local vendors on our behalf to get the best price for seafood. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Good stay overall! Friendly hosts and very close to Hundred Islands Park. The only downside is that it's a bit difficult to reach the location because the road is quite narrow, with many vehicles parked outside.

this place is an inspiration. so many surprises to explore outdoors, amazing hiking...it could be a tourist destination as well as lodging! the vibe is opulent and energizing. the host is attentive answer accomadating. we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio above the house overlooking the surrounding Greenspace and distant mountains. we also loved the pool!
