Vacation rentals with a pool in Patar Beach

The place is very clean. It has everything we need for a huge family. Huge parking space. We slept very well because the surroundings were very quiet. We didn't have a chance to go to a nice beach though. It was a pity but overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Beth and your staff for attending to all our needs.

Ria’s place offers a peaceful and private retreat — the cabin itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the added touches like the games, videoke, and the warm, attentive staff who were always ready to assist. When our bus couldn’t access the parking area, the hosts went above and beyond by arranging transport for us, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth every peso. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bolinao!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Getaway – Would Stay Again! We had a wonderful stay at Kings Manor from April 16–18! The place was exactly as described—sparkling clean, stylish decor and incredibly cozy. The location was ideal for a quiet retreat away from the noise of the city. Fernando was a gracious and responsive host, making check-in a breeze and offering helpful local tips. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, the pool and peaceful balcony. Minor note for future guests: Flies inside the unit but it wasn’t an issue for us as they have provided swatters and repellants. Overall, we highly recommend this rental and would love to return! Our stay at Ms. Cathy’s private beach villa was awesome and had a wonderful experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very private, with large rooms that were perfect for our family. The host was responsive, and the caretakers on-site were very helpful and accommodating. Wi-Fi also worked well during our stay, which was a nice bonus. There are a few things that could use a bit of tweaking, like the lighting—especially around the grill area, so you can enjoy the beach view even at night. One of the toilets wasn’t flushing properly, but it was quickly fixed by the caretaker, which we appreciated. Despite the minor issues, we truly loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place. It’s peaceful, comfortable, and great for family getaways.

This is one of the best place I booked here in airbnb. Sobrang accomodating ni host as well as nung caretaker, si Ate Laila. Very peaceful and ang laki ng lugar plus na enjoy namin yung night swimming since may pool sila. Will surely go back to this place once bumalik kami ng Bolinao. 💯❤️

Our stay is very nice. though there are expected events when we got there but totally understandable since it is a holiday and long weekend. The owner is very nice and even recommended other places to go when we get back on another date. The place is what I have expected. Probinsya with slight modern style. Basic amenities. Staffs are helpful and they really did accomodate our requests. Going there is really a province like, less houses but safe feeling. you can go there from the main highway by walk perhaps will take you 30-1hr or trycicle or car. no street lights so you need to be home before dark if you will walk. I like the vibe of the place and It showcase its purpose - serenity and fun since they also have a pool and karaoke there. Overall, I love the place and will definitely come back.

The host was welcoming and easily reached via phone. Staff provided cooking materials for a fee. They also helped speak to local vendors on our behalf to get the best price for seafood. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Ma’m Maichel and her husband Marcus were such amazing hosts. For context, we drove from Manila around 2:30PM and got to their place pretty late at around 9:00PM, but they were still ready to accommodate us and show us our room. They even cooked breakfast for us even without prior notice, and gave us a 6L water (which we both paid for, of course, but still!) I would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Bolinao, and need a quiet, private and affordable place to stay at. It was such a lovely experience! Patar Beach is just 25 mins away by car, but even if this place isn’t a beachfront property, I would still recommend staying here. It felt like it was your home away from home. Thank you, Ma’m Maichel, and Sir Marcus! It was a pleasure being your guests at your amazing place.
