Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Pastena, Salerno

We had a fantastic time here! The room was cozy and had an incredible view. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Annamaria packed up our leftover pastries from breakfast for us to take to Pompeii and helped arrange a taxi to the train station. Their place is easily accessible from public transport or a short drive from the train station. I would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Pamela’s may be our favorite of our 3 week trip to Italy. She met us at the ferry station upon our arrival, gave us a little tour and showed us to our room. The room had so many homey touches and Pamela baked us the most delicious treats everyday. We would love to have stayed longer but she was all booked up, we can see why!

Alfonso made us feel like family the minute we walked in! He had helped arrange a car for us after we landed in Naples. Our ride to his place was seamless. His cute place is in the heart of Sorrento, super walkable and close to all the shops, restaurants, train station, scooter rentals, marina, etc. The B&B is on one of the top floors of Alfonso’s building. There is a shared kitchen supplied with coffee, milk, juices, fresh fruit, muffins eggs, etc that you can eat. Our room was basic but had the essentials, and the king size bed was so comfy and perfect to drop into after a long day of exploring the coast. There is terrace on the rooftop perfect for sharing a bottle of wine or sharing in the celebrations of the square - Napoli win the league championship while we were there and it was quite the celebration to watch from the terrace!! I realized I had forgotten to book a boat tour and Alfonso and his son too care of us, booking us with a great company on short notice. We will be back!!

Sofia and her family have such a beautiful home, the photographs really don’t do it justice! You have to see it in person to appreciate how amazing it really is! The view from the room is spectacular! The whole family is super friendly and hospitable, they always replied quickly to any questions and were very generous. We loved our stay at Villa Sofia, we just wished it was longer than 3 nights. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who is looking to stay in Nocelle. You won’t regret it.

Anna was an incredible host, arriving at this airbnb is a unique Italian experience if it is what one is looking to experience, there were two very nice and typical restaurants nearby. The breakfasts were great and they were always ready to help us with everything. I recommend this Airbnb 100%. In addition, Anna is an excellent and attentive person. We went as a family with a car to get around the coast, there was parking very close so everything was great.

We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Such a peaceful location in the hills, where we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every morning with gorgeous views. The room was spacious, clean and airy - and was even lovely to be in on the odd rainy day. Tea and coffee facilities, plates and cutlery and the mini fridge was enough for us to have some meals in. Despite the language barrier Letizia was a joy to be around and so friendly. Nothing was too much. Apartment is located in a great spot and a 10 minute walk into town. Definitely need to be able to walk up/down stairs to get there, but there is a bus and golf cart to help with luggage. We found Minori to be a lovely, more local place to rest and explore the rest of the Amalfi coast from. Thanks Letizia and Roberta!

Great place to be to explore the city of Salerno. There's 2 possible train stations that are walkable to the location, so it's easy to get to if you're coming from outside of Salerno without needing a taxi.

Wow, best Airbnb experience. Fabio and Victoria were the best hosts - truly serene experience and Fabio/Victoria really make an effort to make you feel cared for. They went out of their way to show us a good time on several occasions, and it will always be remembered.

Where do I start... we had the absolute best time here. Chef Ivan and Rosaria are wonderful, kind and very welcoming, as are Toni and the little puppy Willy! They kindly gave us rides for a small fee to and from the train station and ferry area. The space is exactly as pictured - clean, bright room with a gorgeous tiled bathroom and panoramic views from the small bedroom window. The highlight was Casale Guarracino restaurant. The views from the restaurant garden and patio are stunning with a pretty sunset. The food will SPOIL you. The other reviews were right... it's not worth it to eat dinner anywhere else. The food here is divine and we regret having dinner anywhere else. Downtown Sorrento food was fine, but the Casale food was WAY better. We took a cooking class that was 10/10 and affordable relative to others in the area. They were accommodating of my partner's vegetarian diet too. We absolutely plan to come back again!

This is our 2nd time staying at the apartment and would absolutely stay again on our next trip. It is beautifully maintained and local to everything you need. Valerio made sure we had everything we needed and was on hand whenever we had a question.

Our favorite stay in all of Italy!! Costanzo and his family truly went above and beyond for us. Impeccable service, stunning views, and a beyond beautiful property. The room was spotless and the amenities were better than described. Costanzo helped us arrange lunch and dinner reservations as well, all of which were wonderful. We will be back and we will book a longer trip next time. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay here. We loved being away from Central Positano. Breakfast was very enjoyable. The bed was extremely firm. We would stay here again.

This place is in a great location, very close to one of the ports and only about 30 min walk to the other port. You can also walk to great bars and restaurants in like 10 min or less. Enzo is a very above and beyond host. He not only picked us up from the port and showed us the apartment… he also got us a reservation at a popular pizza restaurant, drove us to do laundry, drove us to the farther port, got breakfast with us one morning, and arranged a taxi for us. Enzo is very responsive for any possible need or question and is more than accommodating. Also FYI for getting to Amalfi coast towns- we did ferries but we did notice that there are buses that depart and return to Salerno. We heard the roads are kind of crazy and you can see the views better from ferries. I would recommend staying in Salerno and then hopping from town to town on some day trips. There is a lot to do here.

Our stay was awesome! It is in a great location, very walkable with lots of restaurants/ shops. It was very clean and there was even some free snacks. The host was flexible and let us check in early!

I was able to have a friendly and warm experience in an Italian home. With thoughtful guidance both inside and outside the host, I stayed like my home for a comfortable two-night stay, and the furnishings in the room were well-equipped, so there was no inconvenience. I would highly recommend it if my friends visit Naples.

The house is well located just minutes from the center. Very clean and nicely decorated, matches the photos. Noemi is very gracious, always responded quickly and we felt very comfortable. The pink room has a balcony with morning sun facing the street and the blue to the garden with evening sun and sea views. I highly recommend the room. Both rooms share a kitchen together. It has a microwave but no stove, but a large fridge and a washing machine. Thank you dear Noemi!

We had a conflict with Fernanda over the listing. Arriving at the house, she made us choose one of the rooms, because as we were only two people, she would only make one of them available. It was my mom and I who thought we'd have a room for each of us. After showing her that the listing said something else and talking for a while (she only understood Italian and offered to return the money as a solution), unfortunately she did not accept and we had to contact Airbnb to resolve the matter, which said that we were right and proposed an economic compensation for the disagreement, given that the listing was indeed wrong. We decided not to ask for it because Fernanda let us check in much earlier and the place was very beautiful. I'm very sorry I got that feeling because of a mistake by the host, the stay could have been 5 stars.

Place was great and one of the best views I have ever seen. Always had snacks and coffee available and restocked the kitchen frequently. Air conditioning was very nice and the shower was great. Walk was not great up to the place with luggage but without luggage it was not too bad. Had a great stay overall!

Everything is so perfect. They will help us carry our luggage to the house and there will be sancks prepared. There is a really beautiful balcony. If we visited Salerno again, we would definitely choose to live here again.

Giuseppe was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. The room was private, clean, and quiet! He gave lots of local recommendations and his breakfast pastries and cappuccinos were delicious! I could not recommend staying here more.

Marvelous discovery in Capri, Angelo and Giulia have an amazing place to treat yourself to a wonderful vacation, beautiful and spot clean apartment with everything you would want for a vacation absolutely perfect !!!!they were also very helpful with the tips they gave us on what to do and how to do it to get around Capri on the cake and the icing on the cake was our breakfast pastries baked by Angelo himself… so congratulations and wish you all the luck!
