Apartment vacation rentals in Pastena, Salerno

Mattia was very loving and concerned during our stay, super attentive at all times, we had a mini problem and she solved it immediately, she even made us a cake when we arrived along with more food for breakfast! The accommodation is more beautiful in person, it is spacious, it has a spectacular terrace for breakfast in the mornings, it is not noisy and it was in very good condition, super well-equipped kitchen. As for the location, it is about a half-hour walk from downtown Salerno and is also far from the main attractions (Amalfi, Sorrento, Positano), about 1-3 hours by bus. The bus stop is just below the accommodation. However, getting around the coast is tedious unless you take the first bus of the day. Otherwise, the ferry is much more convenient, which can be taken at the port below or in the center of Salerno, although it is more expensive. There are some markets to buy essentials within a 5-10 minute walk. Overall, it was a good stay!

This was one of my best AirBNB experiences! We stayed for one week in the appartement and it had everything for a family of four to enjoy our vacation. Right in front of the house there is a cosy beach where only locals come. The water is clean and inot very deep, perfect for toddlers and young children. There is an excellent restaurant right next to the flat with seafood. And overall the area is nice, less touristy, but with lots of cafes and shops. The flat is big, with two big sleeping rooms with large beds and comfy mattresses. And a living room with a TV and a comfy couch. The kitchen has all you need, and there was even a breakfast kit with some biscuits and jam, tea and coffee, and a couple of bottles of ice tea offered by the hosts. It is so sweet after a long trip to have this small welcome gift :) We were welcomed by Marco and his team. They are very helpful, and were there fo us! We will definitely come again! It was great to stay at Laura's beautiful apartment. Laura was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very very nice with beautiful views. She was responsive and helpful with checking in and she recommended restaurants around the area. We had an issue with the toll road ticket and Laura was very kind to help us and she even made some phone calls to speak to the toll company to resolve the issue. We do appreciate her kindness. The building itself was very clean and beautiful. Lots of parking spaces on the street right by the building. Also to mention, Laura brought delicious croissants every morning and she was even nice enough to find a vegan croissant for my daughter who is allergic to eggs. Thank you Laura.

It was the most spacious Airbnb place I’ve stayed. The location is excellent, central to the town and close to the train station with a bit of an ocean view. Our host was very responsive and flexible as well. Would definitely recommend!

Clean inconvenience in good location. Beach almost right outside the door and in Salerno and surroundings there is plenty to do. We were able to park easily on the street.

I can’t say enough - this beautiful apartment would get 6 stars if I could give it. The architecture and history, the beautiful art, the community and THE VIEW! To wake up every morning to the sun rising over the Gulf of Solerno with my espresso was truly a blessing. Our host, Enrico, is incredibly kind, generous and apt at his job. He anticipated needs before they were expressed and helped us with helpful information about the city and surrounding areas. He taught us all the local tips and tricks and we felt important and cared for. We really enjoyed this little town and plan to tell all our friends and come back! Thank you, Enrico, for such an amazing stay that felt like a movie!!!

Nice apartment very close to everything. Small shower. Parking was a bit difficult. Host was helpful and quickly answered any questions.

Fantastic stay at Giovannis place, and would highly reccomend this spot for anyone looking to stay along the Amalfi Coast. The appartment has everything you could ask for and the view from the balcony is just superb! We had breakfast out there a couple mornings and it was simply incredible! The added bonus of a dishwasher and washing machine made things even more convenient for us. Giovanni was responsible throughout our stay and even recommended some good local restaurants which we tried and really enjoyed! Would 1000% recommend this place to anyone

The apartment in Salerno was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The host was friendly and responsive. Great location as well – we really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended

We had the most amazing stay. Giovanni communicated promptly with us before we arrived, booked transport for us coming and going . He was very friendly, greeted us on arrival, helped to carry our suitcases up the many steps and explained where all the best spots are for swimming etc. This place was just amazing. The view from the main bedroom and the jacuzzi on the balcony with the most spectacular view. We cooked our own dinners most nights and the kitchen and grocery shops had everything we needed to make delicious meals. I wish we can return to this place again.

I had the absolute best stay at Luca & Paola’s place. It’s a beautiful mosaic art piece that Luca the artist created. It’s the most artistic gem I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a slice of heaven! Seriously, you don’t t ever have to leave it’s so beautiful!! Paola & Luca make an incredible breakfast, the best eggs and cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the best part is Paola and Luca. They are 100% the best hosts I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed at. I miss them already!!

There were four of us in this beautiful Airbnb. The beauty of the apartment exceeded our expectations. Carmen and Serena are wonderful hosts and always had an open ear for us. The boat trip with Ivan suggested by Serena was also a highlight of our vacation. The large roof terrace was a welcome meeting place for us for breakfast and sundowners. All in all, a wonderful apartment. A full 10/10 points for the great hosts. What you should have is either a car or a scooter. We had both and were able to reach everything important. We will be back!!

A great place for cheaper than staying in sorrento. About a 10-12 min walk from the train station and is not up hill at all! Then it is about a dollar per ride to sorrento which takes less than 5 minutes once you are on the train. The place was super clean, cute, and had a nice balcony that we hung out on. Would stay again!

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Praiano is quieter and less hectic compared to Positano and Amalfi and it was an amazing location for our few days on the Amalfi Coast. Pezz Pezz is the perfect location close to so many local restaurants and easily walkable down the steps to two beach clubs (One Fire and La Gavitella) as well as a lovely cocktail bar overlooking the sea (Cafe Mirante). La Gavitella also hosts a cooking class at their restaurant that can be accessed via the steps from the AirBnB. The hosts are very attentive to their guests and make check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The hosts were also kind enough to book a Taxi for us the evening before our departure so we could catch our ferry in Positano hassle free! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept. The views are exceptional and the surrounding area is safe and quiet. We would have loved to stay a few more days but are hoping we can make it back in the future!

Beautiful stay picture was exactly same and the location of awesome. Thanks to the host she really explained the map and location how to get in and out. Bus stop 15 was the easiest way to go to this beautiful place. My kids enjoyed the pool and we loved the view. Will definitely book again.

It was tremendously good experience. The view was exquisite!!! If you are planning to go Positano/Amalfi area, highly recommend to visit Nocelle and stay at Debora/Mario’s property. Nocelle is quiet and peaceful town which is so warming and lovely. My partner and I came from Seoul, so this was quite a long trip for us, but so far this place was the best accommodation during our trip. Honestly speaking, I don’t want this place to become famous, but I’m sharing this on the review for lovely Mario family. Grazie mille :)
