This is what AirBNB is all about! With the proliferation of stale, outsourced Airbnb's it was so refreshing to stay in Layla and Matteo's stunning house. It was an experience, from the drive up a winding country road with the town coming into view perched on top of the hill. To parking outside the gate and walking through the walls of this ancient and tiny town. The anticipation was met when the doors opened into a beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated townhouse. There were so many thoughtful touches, breakfast provisions, soaps and more. The town was fun to explore with our children and they loved the little playground outside the kindergarten. It is a very quiet town and you will need to drive to access any shops, but it's so worth it for the special experience Layla and Matteo have created. My only disappointment is that we weren't staying for more nights.

A completely renovated farmhouse, a beautiful, spacious and clean apartment with all the amenities you can imagine. In the morning, Peter and Angela serve a hearty and delicious breakfast. You can also eat outside the apartment while admiring the beautiful landscapes surrounding the farmhouse. The pool is spectacular and relaxing with views of Assisi and Perugia. Near the pool there is a shower, a bar and a playground. It is a truly enchanting place for everyone, families with children, couples and tourists looking for relaxation, romance and culture. The farmhouse is close to Assisi and Perugia and all the most beautiful villages and attractions of Umbria. Pietro, Angela, Alessandro and the whole family are exquisite people, who pampered us and met all our needs. It was an extraordinary vacation that I highly recommend to everyone. We will definitely be back with pleasure, both for the place and for the people who hosted us.

Stefania’s place was beautiful and spotless. Our hosts were friendly and engaging. The beds were comfortable. Minor things to note: The showers are small and will leak onto the floor so use the small head. We learned to manage it and conserve the water. One of the beds is in the living room. The place was beautiful, the hosts were wonderful and the location made up for the small things that we didn’t expect. GREAT COFFEE AT THE HOUSE!!!!! We loved that! Thanks for taking such good care of us!

The owner Giovanni is a "Lord" with a capital "L" in every sense, and the accommodation is the same, i.e. Capital, he almost took us in his arms to put us to bed! From a welcome to Surprise Amazing, also with a capital S, to a precision in everything Surprising, always with a capital S. At this point, do I have to continue?.... a unique 5 Michelin star experience...💫💫💫💫💫 indeed 6, I'll add💫 one. Thank you Giovanni for making our stay unforgettable!

We stayed, with our teenage kids, in Tracy and John’s home while in the area for our small wedding ceremony and it absolutely completed the experience. The yard is beautiful and the pool area is a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset - the view is unmatched! The home and yard were a perfect backdrop for our pre-ceremony pictures. The property is private, but is a short walk from the center of town. As for the house itself, Tracy and John have preserved the Italian charm while also renovating to make the space feel modern, cozy and inclusive of all the conveniences of home. We had a private chef one night and EVEN HE was impressed with the kitchen. As for the property manager that Tracy and John use, Anja, she was the highlight of the whole experience. Not only did we enlist her services to help plan and coordinate our ceremony, but she also had wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. Our favorite Airbnb property to-date!

It was a special retreat up the windy roads to the castle which overlooks a beautiful valley of olive trees and agricultural land. With a very nice pool to cool off during hot summer days this peaceful place is an absolute delight. When you watch the sunset, the radiating orange sun from the castle grounds you will fall in love with this place. Activities in the area include but are not limited to hiking, horse back riding, and truffle hunting. A restful place, great views, friendly, peaceful, and historic that will feel like being a king or queen living in a castle.

The apartment was absolutely amazing and exactly as shown in the pictures. Easy location from Perugia airport and only 20minutes from all the locations we needed to get to. Gigliola was very helpful and showed us around the apartment. The jacuzzi bath was easy to use and definitely a bonus for us. Would highly recommend and would come back if I was in Perugia again. 👍🏼 Would highly recommend

A beautiful location. Very clean apartment. Very convenient parking adjacent to the property. It is located near Assisi, a very quiet area with a beautiful view. The host Fabio is always available and very attentive to our requests. I really recommend this location to everyone.
