Stayed with 3 people and a small dog for 6 nights. Clara and David’s place was perfect. Stocked with everything we needed for our stay. David was very friendly, accommodating, and happy to help whenever we needed anything. The location is ideal and the place is like a little oasis tucked away in the city. Smooth check in and check out. Definitely would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Casita. It was private easy to access and dog friendly. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend!! such a beautiful space would definitely stay here again.

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Irina was an excellent host and the Airbnb was perfect. The bed and linens was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner gets as cold as you want it to. The neighborhood is very peaceful, esp in the mornings. In the hills, it's a perfect place to walk around, and the neighbors were friendly. Irina as a host was super responsive and accommodating. Checking in was a breeze and she also helped us with a few requested that weren't listed. The Internet was also very fast. Solid solid spot for the $$

My daughter, husband and I had such an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable and the backyard set-up is ideal. Communication with the host was always quick and easy. We can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Host was very communicative but not invasive. Felt right at home and has everything you would need, like staying at a friend’s house. Beds were great. Loved the front deck - so peaceful with comfortable furniture, lush greenery, and great view. Spent most of our time out there. One caveat, to get the great views in the middle of the city, you have to climb. We did not have a problem with it and we are not particularly young or super fit, but if you struggle with stairs at all, definitely not the place for you. And keep in mind that anything you bring (luggage, groceries, etc) will need to be taken up a single narrow staircase (roughly the height of 1.5 floors) so maybe not a good choice if you don’t travel light. We would stay again.

Such a lovely, quiet place to stay with a beautiful pool 🏊‍♀️ Truly the perfect little getaway—peaceful, private, and so relaxing. I’d happily recommend it to anyone! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming too 😊

George’s place was delightful. The perfect location to connect with friends in Eagle Rock and Pasadena, and go out to a concert in Los Feliz. Safe and clean parking garage underneath the building. And a quiet location, even though the building is on a Main Street. We were able to walk around the corner to Bea Beas for brunch, and it was delicious. Highly recommend George’s place.

It IS downtown L.A so The building/location is a little sketchy BUT once you get inside: PERFECTION 😁😁 Often times when you stay @ an Airbnb, many of the amenities don't work. That's not the case here. EVERYTHING WORKED. And everything is easy is use. Very good instructions throughout the apartment!! Big ass T.V. with an amazing sound system. Video games👍👍 The parking is/was a BIG plus due to the fact that EVERYONE charges daily for parking. Parking is included with this apartment and you don't even have to leave the building to visit your car. Kyle has EVERY movie you could think of in the apartment. If you love movies (like me) STAY HERE👍👍😁😁 Thank You Kyle

This was a wonderful home. It was close to the areas we wanted to visit, clear instructions and super easy check in and check out. I would highly recommend. It is a smart home, which was new to my group, and fun. I would highly recommend this home. Darryl was an amazing host to work with and we had everything we needed.

It is an adorable bungalow with an updated kitchen which is really nice. The kitchen sink area has a big window that overlooks a pretty backyard. The bedroom closets have really nice closet systems so there’s plenty of space to hang clothes, drawers and shelves. The bathroom has plenty of space and a cabinet to put toiletry bags. The living area has tons of books and there is also an old fashioned audio system with a record player and a huge selection of albums.

The most beautiful property I’ve ever been to!

Perfect stay. The property is as described. Super comfortable beds. Clean which is important to myself. The kitchen is well appointed and having access to a washer / dryer was a bonus. Car parking both off and on street too easy. Location is great. I’m familiar with Burbank and loved the fact my favourite eateries were only a few minutes away on Magnolia. Can highly recommend. MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

pretty good space. walls were very thin. if you like waking to natural sun light the room was very bright in the morning.

We had the pleasure to be hosted by Michelle for the last 3 weeks. Michelle went above and beyond to make us felt at home. Our stay was at the heel of the LA fire, and Michelle replaced the HVAC filter and added two air purifiers. bath tube plug was broken, she immediately ordered a replacement to make sure we can enjoy our stay. the house locates close to where we want to get to, has everything we need to make our stay felt right at home. the property was quiet at night. would absolutely stay again next time.

We had an amazing stay! The house was super clean, comfy, and had all the amenities we needed. Oliver is such a thoughtful host, very easy to communicate with and quick to help. He lives just behind the house, so when we needed the sofa bed, he brought it over right away. We were in town for the HITC Festival, and the location was perfect, really close to the Rose Bowl Stadium and not too far from to the city either.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! Loved the location! We were in town for an event at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, and it was an easy 15-minute drive. It is also near the Griffin Observatory and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The backyard with the stream was relaxing to see in the early mornings.

I enjoyed my stay here. It’s indeed in a prime location. It’s in a quiet Terrace, and everything I needed was close by. The positive affirmations on the wall made it feel like a home to me. The kitchen has some quality appliances and a very clean environment. The bed was comfortable and I liked the standing mirrors that helped me with dressing up in the mornings. MK was responsive to my needs and a great communicator. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others .
