La pace, la vista del lago sia dal terrazzo che dal giardino rendono questo luogo unico. Siviano è il posto più tranquillo su un'isola che ha delle caratteristiche molto particolari: le auto private non possono sbarcare, si possono affittare biciclette , usare il bus pubblico e soprattutto scoprirla a piedi. Alles stimmte und passte und war sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten eine freundliche Kommunikation. Matteo war immer gleich zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten und war sehr freundlich. Matteo hat vorrausschauend für unser Wohl gesorgt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was nötig ist. Es ist alles praktisch angelegt. Traumhaft, die Wohnung mit großen Fenstertüren zum Garten, zum See. Eine Wiese im Schatten mit Olivenbäumen, sehr gepflegten Blumenbeeten. Gartenmöbel sowohl fürs Frühstück und auch zum Ausruhen. Und dazu alles an der Uferpromenade des Sees, wenige Meter zum Badestrand. Sehr ruhig und angenehm anzuschauen. Es ist ein Ort an den wir gerne wieder zurückkommen.

A little slice of heaven on Lake Iseo! This apartment is a pure gem: very well equipped, comfortable and perfectly located near the ferry, and within a short stroll of great restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Camilla was very helpful and friendly- greeting us on arrival and helping us navigate the ferry schedule over Easter weekend. The views are as stunning as described by others- 3 balconies each with a different view- encompassing not only the lake but a medieval tower, stunning lakefront villa and gardens and a Roman church. We would give Lac du maison 10 stars if we could!

Beautiful cozy cottage right on Lake Como! We loved our stay here. The kitchen was great and the host provided the first morning essentials (eggs, butter, coffee, yogurt, milk) which was a life saver. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower and the incredible Finnish sauna! We swam off the dock in the lake daily and hung out in the yard with so many beautiful ducks and swans! There are a couple good restaurants within walking distance, but do be aware you have to walk on a busy road to get to the closest town which is Lierna (10 minute walk). We did not have a car and it was not a problem with the ferry and the proximity to town. I highly recommend this place and would book it again in a heartbeat.

Die Wohnung von Viktor hat wahrscheinlich einen der schönsten Ausblicke auf den See! Man genießt diesen vom Wohnzimmer oder der Terrasse und kann dank der Überdachung bei jedem Wetter angenehm draußen sitzen. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Hang und war im Juni angenehm kühl. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine Kaffeemaschine für Kapseln. Küchengrundausstattung (Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Tee und Kaffee) waren vorhanden. Das Auto konnten wir auf einem Parkplatz an der Straße abstellen, aber zum ausladen vor den Aufzug vorfahren. Ein paar Treppenstufen muss man dann allerdings noch bewältigen.

L’appartamento è ben tenuto, pulito e comodo. La vista e il balconcino sono spettacolari. Nel weekend il rumore della strada potrebbe disturbare se qualcuno non è appassionato di moto o se cerca il completo silenzio. A noi non ha dato fastidio e abbiamo goduto dell’appartamento appieno.
