Monthly Rentals in Partick, Glasgow City

We were very comfortable in Richard's flat. He makes good use of the space, it is well equiped and it is well placed to easily access interesting places in Glasgow - much within walking distance eg Kelvingrove Park and Gallery with good public transport v. close by. Also varied shops, dining and other resources within a few minutes walk. NB, I am told by a native Glaswegian that this is the kind of location that they would pick to stay if they were visiting. The flat was warm and welcoming as were other people in the building when we encountered them. Regarding any communication, Richard was quick to respond and it felt easy to contact him as he was warm and friendly in all his messages and responses. All in all, we would be happy to return and it was a pleasure to take care of his flat.

Our 2nd stay here. The apartment is fab, clean and in a great location. Gillian is a great host. Great communication would highly recommended.

We spent a week of vacation in Glasgow as a couple and Kevin's flat was the perfect base for all our endeavors. We especially enjoyed the location - quiet, cozy and calm, yet super close to supermarkets, pubs, shops, public transport etc. The flat is well equipped with anything you could ask for. The check-in was flexible and easy and communication with Kevin was superb as well. Would definitely recommend this place, both for short and longer term stays.

We had a fantastic long stay at Warwick’s place - it is in a great location and is a very cosy apartment -there is so much to see and do in the west end and beyond - hopefully we will be back and highly recommend Warwick’s flat
