“This Airbnb was everything you could ever want! It was beyond amazing and do not hesitate to visit! There were so many thoughtful touches that it made it feel very warm and home-y. It even rained and was pretty hot but we were never uncomfortable and the rain added to the beauty of our sleep under the stars! We left sad to have to go back to the hustle and bustle of the city! It’s near many amazing places and hiking :-) we definitely will be coming back!”
My place is close to art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, the outdoors space, the ambiance. A true log cabin retreat for any adventure seeker.Ravens Nest” is absolutely perfect for the adventure seeker in you and those that just want a private setting for rest and relaxation. This cabin offers incredible views of the Smoky Mountains. Relax in the hot tub with these amazing views.
“This listing does not do the cabin and property where the cabin sits justice. We had amazing views from our front porch, hiked several times on the property (it is over 100 acres) and even up to a mountain peace pagoda with breathtaking views from above the mountains. All of this was done without ever having to get back in our vehicle. We came over Labor Day weekend so getting to and from the cabin in our Ford Fusion wasn’t a huge issue this time, but as others have expressed during heavy rain or snowfall we would urge individuals to consider a 4wd vehicle. The cabin is a dream location for couples wanting to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We rate it 5/5 stars as it was all we could want/need but we came very prepared. The cabin is as advertised, but we would highly suggest bringing all you may think you need and more. We packed in all of our groceries, condiments, toiletries and even a board game or two. We left very happy with our decision and will Come back to stay at ravens nest or maybe even rustic mountain retreat.”

“This tiny house/cabin is an absolute gem! I can see why it has such a positive rating. The view(s) were breathtaking which we thoroughly enjoyed from the comfort of the from porch's rocking chairs or in the nice hot tub connected to the porch. The mountain side is full of easily accessible hiking trails, some tougher than others, all of which our 30 lbs Australian Cattle Dog (mix) thoroughly enjoyed. On occasion we had some very pleasant visits from the Sam's tiny mountain dog, Piper, who would come up to our cabin, tail wagging to say hello and hang out with us. His stays were always welcomed and very short as he would be off to his next adventure only after a few minutes. Piper is very well behaved and get's along with other dogs. Unfortunately our dog is still in training and got too excited when Piper came around, so we had to crate our dog :). This was completely fine because it gave our dog an opportunity to see how a well behaved dog should act! If you're up to task of a big hike I HIGHLY recommend heading up by foot to the top of the mountain where a mystical Buddhist temple provides the best view around. Our cabin was located high enough to be completely isolated but still allowed our 2-wheel drive vehicle to make the climb! This was a special place and we hope to return one day!”
