The house is extremely comfortable: the rooms and beds are spacious, all the bathrooms are complete and the common spaces are also spacious. The appliances are modern and work well, including the air conditioning in all the rooms. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe: it has 24-hour security at the entrance, although they allow access to transport platform services or delivery, which provides convenience. Access is with a key, very practical. Marcela was in contact before, during and after the trip, with a very good attitude and super clear communication. I definitely recommend it.

Henry is very kind and helpful, responds quickly and attentive and always concerned about the well-being of guests. The house is super well-equipped( only the television has to have more information about the use), bedding and towels super soft and smelling. The house view is perfect. Thank you

we had already been there 1 time, with the whole family, to solve a mass of a death of a family member and had already been great. Now only my parents went to solve bureaucratic problems in the city and simply loved, felt at home, didn't even want to leave RS, went hiking, they liked the nearby area, the variety of trade, banks, markets, etc. Ana Paula helped them with the TV and with everything they needed, they will be more often if you need it. I've been to Rio de Janeiro more than 20 times. I've stayed in several Airbnb houses and apartments, but this one was definitely one of the most amazing so far. The house is very well maintained, you can see in every detail the affection that the owner has for the house. The house is well-equipped, it has all possible utensils. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The rooms are air-conditioned and the beds are extremely comfortable. The house is practically on the beach street and is in a very quiet neighborhood. I hope that all guests take great care of the house, as the owners do and as we did during our stay. Anyway, we loved it and intend to return other times.

We thank the House of Brisa immensely for the stay, it was all amazing and soon less we are out there again. Very cozy Vidigal Favela, thank you all.

An excellent apt, all very organized and clean, very faithful to the photos. Valentino always helpful and very attentive, responded immediately. In the building there is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, very good food. I recommend with my eyes closed.

Simply MARVELLOUS our stay at Vagner's AP, both by organizing, cleaning, decorating and by the host himself be extremely kind, considerate, organized, hospitable and super hyper-mean-communicative and empathic. We need to be a little late for the checkin and he made sure to welcome us and present all the AP to me and my sister. We were welcomed with open arms as if we were from home already. This might be my favourite Airbnb I stayed at in Rio. Extremely beautiful, very spacious, balcony was perfect. Everything was exactly what I dreamed of. It was very easy to communicate with the host. The only thing is because the area is on a hill some Ubers can’t make it up the hill. We took Mototaxis and that was just fine. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment!

Casa as advertised , if we feel at home , had the basic kitchen utensils like it's usually just for breakfast for us was great What you could have would be just that clothesline you miss for being an apartment and not having where to extend clothes just one observation, but no complaints about had our privacy at every moment that I needed or had a doubt she answered , I used a gym that has available in the condominium porters always very kind , had enough towels, comfortable sheets where it even met our expectations, close to everything 30min of Copacabana, Esper back sometime again Thank you Vaneza once again hope I have left the house in order

The apartment is fantastic - very well equipped, comfortable, with lots of practical solutions. It is perfect for both long and short stays in Rio. Right round the corner you will find the Botanical Garden and the Lage Park, as well as lots of cafes, restaurants, cool clothing shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. It can get a bit in the evening and at night due to heavy traffic, though. I would still recommend it!

Alberto was an extremely flexible and attentive host. We felt at home, my baby loved the space in the apartment, which was impeccable, they were very zealous with our stay. We will definitely be booking with Alberto again on our next trips to Rio.

We stayed in an apartment located in a quiet area, with a concierge, swimming pool, gym and well-organized and clean spaces. The location allowed us to explore other areas of Rio outside the typical ones, such as Barra de Tijuca, Grumari and Recreio, with beautiful, quieter and charming beaches (we used Uber). There is public transportation and transportation options that make it easy to get to different points of interest, as well as a supermarket a few blocks away with everything you need. The apartment is modern, comfortable, with air conditioning, an electric grill and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything is spotless and just as described. One detail that I really appreciated is that the building has a recycling option, which makes it easy to separate waste from the apartment itself. The communication with the host was always quick and friendly. I would definitely go back if I decide to return to Rio, especially to this less crowded area than the classic ones like Copacabana.

Great location and even better value for money. Highly recommended.
