Cozy suite with beautiful view and pool

The space is very charming, comfortable and equipped with a kitchen and accessories, TV, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. It has independent access and is very close to the deck with a swimming pool and a wide view of Christ the Redeemer to Sugarloaf Mountain. In the pool area, there is a shower and another large bathroom with a shower and hot water. We also share our laundry room. The street is well served by buses, taxis and UBER, which, due to our location, ends up being close and equidistant.

In the bucolic neighborhood of Sta. Teresa, on a very wooded plot of 1000m² on two levels, on the lower level are 2 totally independent units that share a garden and pool: This Studio and the Ap (another ad). With a view of Christ the Redeemer (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades, we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau, always available for help.

Attachment/Suite Details – Copacabana In the common areas of the building are security cameras located in the main and service concierge, throughout the garage and surroundings of the building. The space is an annex to my apartment, with an independent entrance through the garage access door. The suite/annex includes: • Bunk bed for 2 • Cable TV and Internet • Air-conditioning and ceiling fan • Wardrobe • Microwave, minibar and coffee machine Other people are not allowed inside.

Only 200m from Copacabana beach, you can enjoy a recently renovated private bedroom and bathroom. The room is tiny, but has everthing you need for your stay. The building is safe, having 24h reception. Really well located, you are walking distance to Arpoador and Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon. Subway, Cantagalo station, is 300m far. There are supermarkets and phamacies around the corner, as well as restaurants and bars for those who like to go out for a beer or eat some traditional food.

Stay at home in this luxurious and magical garden. We have a 13 meter pool, a patio with barbecue, terrace with day beds, fruit trees and an orchard with tomato and arugula to name a few. The guest house has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, 120mg wifi and ac. Two bikes are included and also jungle sounds!
