We had a wonderful time at Lavinia and Alexandre's place. Both of them - and the tree cats - made us feel very welcome and immediately at home, sharing local tips and leaving wide-open their house to our needs, while the charm of the house made the rest. This is an incredibly beautiful and relaxing place nestled in one of the main street of Santa Teresa, featuring many bars and restaurants options in one of the most iconic location of the city. We loved the tropical garden and being able to rest in the room's balcony hammock. Everything was special, exceeding our expectations.

I have no words to describe this paradise, I'm in love! I went with a group of friends, we had no problems and in fact the hosts were there 24 hours a day to answer any questions we had. I'll definitely be back more often!

Excellent is the correct word to describe this special location. From the beginning to the end at home , the cleanliness and organization earned a score of 1000…. I do not forget to this day the scent of the fragrant bedding, it was a perfect stay! Each corner has a touch of care and affection, all prepared with great care !

One if the nicest people I have ever met in my life! Andrea is what you call a “one of a kind host” and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. She professional, prompt and honest from the moment I reached out to her. We needed a long term option and Andrea made it possible. When we arrived we were greeted by her wonder mother who waited despite our plane being delayed. She even helped us with our luggage and brought round a few supplies as she knew we had a baby. Andrea reached out to us on a regular basis and even though we had zero problems, she always responded quicker than expected if we had any questions. The apartment, building and staff are all great and what you see in the photos is what you’ll be getting when you arrive. The apartment is very spacious, well decorated and clean. It comes with everything as stated. The neighbourhood and building are both so safe and everything you’ll need is on your doorstep. The next time we’re in Rio, we know where we’ll be staying!

Braulio, fabiula's husband, served us with great care and punctuality. He was always available for any questions and even referred us to a driver to pick us up at the airport. The apartment is great and the condominium facilities are perfect! The outdoor pool has hot water and the restaurant has a tasty food and with super affordable prices for RJ. The convenience is great! I highly recommend it and plan to return!

I had a positive experience on this Airbnb! The place is beautiful, true to the photos and very clean. The location is excellent, near the edge of the Piratininga Lagoon, one of the largest nature-based solutions projects in Latin America, ideal for running, walking and bird watching. Although it is necessary to walk about 10 to 15 minutes to find restaurants and supermarkets, the way is quiet and there is a bus stop next door. The beaches of Piratininga and Sossego are accessible by bus or Uber. I really liked the stay, but one point to consider: there was construction on the second floor, generating intense noise from 8am to 5pm, which made it difficult to rest and work. I talked to the host, Marco Aurélio, who was very attentive and strove to improve the situation. I recommend that future guests check for renovations in progress before the stay, as this may impact the quiet of the place. Either way, it was a good stay and I recommend it.

Ricardo is a great host, super organized and helpful. Your apartment is super clean and comfortable, easily accessible and comfortable. The location of the apartment is also great for those who go to events in the area of the Olympic arena and riocentro, with public transportation and very easy taxi. The building also has a good gym and other amenities. I recommend staying.

Space exceeded my expectations! It was very clean, well cared for and exactly as in the pictures — or even better. The location is quiet and safe, ideal for resting. By car, we quickly reach the beaches and other interesting points of the region. Marco was a great host, always responded quickly and with great sympathy. I felt really comfortable all the time of the stay. I recommend it too much and would definitely come back!
