The apartment matches the photos, the place is accessible, it is near subway line B, as well as several bus lines that allow you to move to other areas easily. It is a very quiet neighborhood, for long stays, as in my case. There are several supermarkets nearby (dia, carrefour express or hypermarket) and a 24-hour fruit and vegetable store. In terms of communication, I would like to point out that Mr. Simon keeps you informed of any maintenance news in the building and I thank him for the flexible check-in time. Best of all, the internet speed, which I particularly needed to do some work. The apartment does not have a washing machine, however, on Av. de los Incas there are two laundries that offer their service and I think it's a good price. Finally, an extra plus that I'd like to highlight is that every week they help you with changing sheets and towels. Recommended 👍

Cozy apartment, close to the city subway that leads to several tourist attractions. Quiet neighborhood with a supermarket and bakery very close, as well as quick snack options (empanadas and pizza). Lucas is very helpful and provided all the support for the trip. The apartment is ideal for those who wish to stay longer, as it has a washing machine and an equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, pots, large refrigerator).

A very nice experience. They got us out of a hurry and the apartment is super nice, just like in the photos. I'll definitely stay again. Very grateful to the team and the checkout was also super easy. A 10!!
