This tiny loft apartment is located in an old neighborhood with big trees, and just a short walk away from Waldo shops, restaurants and bars. Easy travel to Westport, Country Club Plaza, Crossroads, River Market, Power & Light, and many more super fun KC gems. The apartment is in the space that once was our old garage, so it's attached to our home. You have a separate and private entrance, full bath with an amazing shower, a small kitchen with appliances, and a loft bedroom with ladder access.

This newly remodeled home is great for families or anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood. Close to the interstate, you are within 15 minutes of downtown, Worlds of Fun, Oceans of Fun, & Kaufman & Arrowhead stadiums. Only 5 minutes from the Ford plant. This cozy Google Fiber home has a huge fully fenced yard. Relax on the porch while watching your kids play in the fenced-in yard or play fetch with your dog. It is locked off from upstairs & has it's own entrance. So 2 seperate units, 2 seperate entrances, but all under 1 roof. We will use the left side of the drive (2 cars) & enter via garage. Guests will use the right side of the drive (2 cars) & enter via front door. If suitable for you, we welcome you!
