We had such a cozy and comfortable stay! The place was spotless and felt really inviting from the moment we walked in. It’s in a great neighborhood—safe, quiet, and close to everything we needed. Traveling with our little guy, we really appreciated the pack and play—it was such a thoughtful touch and made things so much easier for us. You can tell the host puts real care into making the space feel welcoming and family-friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Small Escapes was perfect for my stay. It was close to historic Frisco and close to the Dallas North Tollway to travel around. The condo itself was clean and had everything supplied for a week long stay. The building was also well kept and quiet.

The amenities were good, and the room was clean. Parking was convenient. On the downside, the neighbors were a bit noisy and I could often hear strange sounds. The apartment is close to the road, so the soundproofing isn’t great. Overall, it was a decent stay with good value for the price.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is amazing and the studio unit had everything you could want. The bathroom was huge and had a jetted soaker tub. While we visited during a thunderstorm, I will definitely be back to use the kayaks!! Super friendly hosts would definitely recommend.

It was PERFECT. Very cozy, beautiful, comfortable, and Mario thought of EVERYTHING. He even provided a kennel in the living room to put our two dogs, a Chihuahua mix, and an Austrailian Shepherd, so we didn't have to lug our big kennels in from the truck. And the biggest deal for me: DIMMER SWITCHES! Do you know how many times I have wished for dimmer switches on lighting at AirBnB's? And Mario had them on EVERY ceiling light AND in the bathroom! I'm a blue-eyed guy, a little light sensitive at night and this and other features made me so comfortable! We had a dear friend over to dinner and Mario had everything in the kitchen we needed to cook grass-fed rib eye steaks! I found the bed extremely comfortable. No back problems at all the next morning. Heads up for some folks, it is a 3rd floor unit, which I loved because of the deck off the back, but for some you will need to take your time on the stairs. However, my friend's 80+ year old mother was able to make it up with some help.

This was the perfect venue for a 90th birthday party. Everything was easy to set up and the backyard provided plenty of space for guests. Colton, the host, was fantastic. He was super helpful in making sure everything was ready for us ahead of time and was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. We truly appreciated his attentiveness and hospitality. Highly recommend.

Xavier's place was a great find. Xavier was very responsive and accommodating. Extremely well stocked kitchen, everything was very clean and many personal touched that made us feel at home right away. We were able to work, cook, dine, watch movies and just didn't want to leave. Christa is an excellent hostess. When I accidentally entered the wrong code to access her home, she quickly responded by calling me and unlocking the door remotely. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly accommodating. Her house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. This home was a gem! We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Asif was super communicative and his instructions were very clear and very easy to follow. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves there over the weekend. We will 100% be back for future visits.

Lisa's place was exactly what we expected and more. Our 18 month old daughter slept great with the room darkening curtains and pack n play while we were able to relax in any part of the home. Lisa was extremely responsive to our messages and the instructions laid out in the house manual were excellent. We will definitely come back next time we're in Garland.

We had a wonderful stay at Kaileen’s! The house was perfect for our family and was a good home base while we visited family in Plano. Appreciated the high chair and pack n’ play! Very clean and comfortable accommodations, will definitely keep in mind when we need a rental in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.

A true super host, very friendly.. highly proactive and so supportive.. it was a beautiful place with all the listed amenities.. vlad always goes 1 step further to make sure that the stay is comfortable

The stay was great. The scenery was amazing especially the lake. Clean, nice and spacious enough to hang around. Would definitely come back again.
