Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Parker Strip

What a great location ! After frying on the boat on Lake Havasu all day ... returning to Big River at dusk was so refreshing and peaceful. The house is pretty and air conditioning fantastic. My favorite was the wild life. So entertaining to seat outside and watch nature be itself without us. Thank you guys. We loved it and for sure will be back.

This house is amazing and priced well for being in keys. It is in a great location we booked kinda last minute and everything was ready for us when we arrived and Maria communicated very well to make sure we had a smooth check in. I had to download an app to access the door that she had to walk me through but once figured out it made the check in simple. We would definitely love to stay in this keys house again for a stay in Parker.

Sean was an awesome host, answered everything very fast. The house was amazing , ac was working when we came in, everything was spotless, overall amazing house to stay . I will definitely come back .

Rita was a super host! She had the place all ready when I got there with the AC on to a comfortable temperature. Parker is a fun town and this was a great place to stay. She was very quick to respond to questions and was helpful. The check-in/check-out procedures were very easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again when back in Parker.

Very comfortable, clean, and private. We enjoyed the pool and garage parking. It was a very relaxing visit with everything we needed!

Booked for the view and private backyard, and it didn’t disappoint. House is setup well, clear instructions and access was easy. Propane for bbq, good amount of pots & pans & cutlery in the in the kitchen. Plenty of towels provided. The decor was great. No garage access. Neighborhood and street felt safe & clean. 4th bedroom pull-out beds weren’t that comfortable, we brought a blowup mattress that really helped. I’d definitely book here again.

The house was exactly as described and absolutely beautiful! We couldn’t have asked for a better place or hosts. Matt and Lisa were always responsive and helpful telling us about the area. Absolutely recommend this home for anyone going to Lake Havasu!

This property was really truly special! My partner and I decided last minute to get out of the city for some R&R over the Memorial holiday weekend, and I came across this little desert oasis almost by accident. Tucked away in the deepest corridors of the high desert in AZ, this property did not disappoint-- it was entirely off the grid, fully sufficient with every convenience to make it comfortable and a home-away-from-home atmosphere, and was set up with all types of thoughtful touches and southwestern flair to enjoy the peace and serenity of the desert. The home was spacious, well maintained, powered by solar, had ultra high-speed internet, and the star gazing on the rooftop was the cherry on top. We drove to Alamo Lake (4 wheel drive is really probably necessary) which was so fun and breathtakingly beautiful, and enjoyed the colorful bird watching and breathing fresh mountain air. There were no hidden fees and the hosts were professional and accommodating. We'll be back!

Such a cute little space! Clean and quiet but so close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

We truly appreciate Dennis for accommodating us on such short notice. His home is beautifully designed, extremely clean, and made for a very comfortable stay. There’s plenty of parking, and the neighborhood is peaceful while still being conveniently close to local restaurants and shops. Thank you, Dennis, for your hospitality!

Our family of 3 had a great time at Kara’s place. We felt right at home. The location is amazing, right next to Rotary Park and walkable London Bridge. Highly recommend!

It is difficult to give only 5 stars. From my arrival, to the moment to leave, everything, absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is great, clean, smelly, good vibes. 5 minutes to the beach and the London Bridge . I missed absolutely nothing and I almost didn't use my car, I did everything walking. What a pleasant place . But the highlight here goes to the host, Cory. Communication has been clear from the beginning. He did infinitely more than to rent the apartment, he helped me with absolutely everything, I can surely say that I would not have known even half the best places if it wasn't for him. Always smiling and enthusiastic, he made all the difference to my stay if noticed 20 of 10. I'll be back more often, I'm already excited for the next trip.

We love this place so much! The layout of the condo is perfect with a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area. Practically sits on the beach. We have super easy access to restaurants and some beach shops. And a magical view! What more could you want?

Every year my family comes we always book with Lynn . This is my 3rd year back and well continue to comeback. Always feelings like home .

Super cute and clean condo. Loved that it’s quiet, safe and we felt right at home! The pullout sofa bed was comfortable! Perfect location right next to rotary park. Great price, we will definitely stay again. It’s bigger than the pictures portray! We also used the pool and it was very nice.

Anne was such a great host, you can tell they take pride in hosting and their home. Everything was very clean and easy to use. Note if you have young kids, it is upstairs and mostly all glass cups/plates lol other than that wonderful stay! 10/10 would stay again. Thank you Anne!

beautiful condo, made us feel right at home. we are a family of seven, four of which are small children and we all slept comfortably. fully furnished apartment had everything you would need. we loved our stay and location and would love to stay in this exact place again next year ☺️ the host even let us check in earlier than the expected time and allowed me to add a last minute guest! thank you for a lovely vacation my family will remember forever!! 🥰

The perfect place! Only 15 minute walk to everything we wanted to do including the lake, food, gas station and the bars. The space was spacious, cute, and stocked with all little things you might need. Kipp was responsive and super helpful especially when we were need of an emergency laundry situation.

My finance and I have stayed all over Lake Havasu , we could confidently say this has to be one of our top 3 spots to stay . It’s less than 5 minute drive to gas station , grocery store , wall greens , 3 minute walk to the channel, and less than 10 minute walk to the London bridge. Also queens bay has a heated pool and hot tub that closes at 11 ! We definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lake Havasu!
