Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Parker Strip

We had a great stay at this place. Very clean and everything was orderly. Great views from the back. Boat ramp is just a couple houses down. Plenty of parking for a truck and trailer. Look forward to coming again for sure. Thank you!

Felt right at home nice and cozy spot. 5 minutes away from the London bridge. Easy to park and catch a ride on in the Ferry to Havasu Landing. Good size pool and the front yard you get a glimpse of the water. I would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying at Ruben’s place. It has lots of room with a nice pool and outdoor space. Ruben was very responsive and helpful.

Josef’s place was perfect for our multi-night stay with two little kids. There was a brand new pack and play and outlet covers in common areas. We enjoyed the games in the sunroom and the pool table in the garage. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was also walking distance to a neighborhood playground which we really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The convenience of the home and James accommodations made our stay easy and simple. Amenities of the home was great after long day on the river. Myself and gusts were very pleased . Would highly recommend. Thankyou again James’

Great place to stay in a big group! 4 full sized beds is an amazing feature along with the beautiful pool and backyard. Highly recommend staying here and I will be back next year!

Our stay at this Lake Havasu home was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene ambiance of the place. The home itself is beautifully maintained and offers all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals and enjoy them together in the spacious dining area. Each bedroom was cozy and well-appointed, providing a restful retreat after a day of exploring the lake. Patti was accommodating and responsive ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This has been one our favorite places to stay! The place had a great view and was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and we enjoyed having the pool.

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, well appointed and beautifully updated. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the ferry, stores and London Bridge area, which made everything so convenient. Not to mention the view was absolutely perfect. Dennis was incredibly friendly and responsive making sure everything was smooth as well. Would definitely stay here again next time— highly recommend!

The location was perfectly centered in Lake Havasu making many things within walking distance and you could get almost anywhere within the city within 10 minutes. The other residents were extremely friendly and helpful in providing recommendations.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. The condo was supplied with everything we needed. Danielle contacted us the evening we checked in to make sure everything was what we expected. It was great to have the walking path right outside of our gate. It was a beautiful spot to relax and watch all of the boats go through the channel. We would definately come back!

Lynn and Michelle are wonderful hosts! They are very responsive to any needs. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is the perfect location in Lake Havasu City. Many restaurants, the beach, Rotary Park, The Aquatic Center, downtown, the London Bridge area, shopping… all within walking distance. GREAT location right on Havasu’s London bridge boardwalk! We also loved taking the Paddleboard out in the channel. Unit had everything we needed for a mini family reunion. Highly recommend!

Michael's place was fantastic! I would highly recommend. Just as described with up to date photos. conveniently located to the English Village of the London Bridge, the city itself and the Rotary Community Park. the place was spotless and had all ammendities needed. The balcony was large enough for 3 ppl comfortably and to do yoga on. neighbors were friendly and getting thru the gate and into the door was easy. extra to note, the sheets were super soft, not your basic bleached hotel linens.

Had a great stay! Easy walk to London Bridge, restaurants and water sports. Anne was very responsive. Very clean condo. Bottled water and cookies were a nice welcome gift! Loved the coffee selection and the Brita water filter! Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at this place. As the first time, it didn’t disappoint us. Place was clean, well stocked, and cozy. Us staying there, again, is a proof in itself that the place is great, in a great location. It is only a one bedroom with a fold out sofa, so best for a couple or 3 people. It’s next to Rotary Park and the walkway along the lake shore all the way to the north end of the channel. Highly recommend this place.

The unit itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—everything was thoughtfully arranged and well-stocked, making it feel like a true home away from home. We loved how close we were to all the best restaurants, shops, and activities. Whether we were walking along the waterfront, grabbing a bite to eat, or hopping on a boat tour, everything was within reach. Ryan was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. If you’re visiting Lake Havasu, this is the place to stay. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Great spot 2 minute drive from the bridge maybe a 10 minute walk to the bridge. Small 2 bedroom very clean. right by the pool. Only recommended update would be to add ceiling fans. We went on a week where weather was 118-120 degrees so understandable the Chiller system wouldn't be the end all be all to keep it cool. If you need noise or moving air to sleep bring a fan! other than that cool spot. Thank you for everything.
