Your own dock on the Colorado river with golf cart

The location was amazing and lived up to our expectations. The house had all the amenities you would ever need. The view of the Colorado River was amazing. The laundry room, linen closet and kitchen cupboards were well stocked. The house had two full washrooms. The property was very secure. John was amazing to change his families vacation plans to accommodate us because we could only go during the March break.

Definitely one of the best locations to stay at Lake Havasu especially if you are bringing watercraft! It has its own little sandy beach which works great for beaching a boat or jet skis and leaving over night.

Parker Studio Nestled on the Colorado River!

We had an amazing spa like birthday vacation retreat experience with the most amazing views and river access! we loved cooking on the charcoal BBQ. The river dock and swim area was nice and easy to launch our paddle boards! The host was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! The pillow top bed, comforter, and pillows were so soft, it was like sleeping on a cloud! It all combined, made my 50th birthday a very special experience! I'll definitely be back! The only thing I suggest is a couple of bath robes would be nice to have to throw on, especially being near water fun. All in all it was a perfect experience! Thank you!

steep cleaning fee for the place but other than that it was perfect if you plan on spending more time on the water than the air bnb. private ramp access was useful!
