This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in the Parker neighborhood close by. It was much closer than a hotel so we could avoid traffic and was similar in price to a hotel but much more spacious. While the family lives upstairs, we could only hear footsteps at times and never while sleeping so this really wasn’t an issue. Everything was clean and anything needed was provided (coffee, linens, toiletries, etc). We will stay here again next time we are in town.

Garrett's place was just the perfect stop after the most stressful move from FL to CO. We had issues with our other stay and Garrett took us last minute and had his B&B prepped and ready to go! It was clean, nicely decorated, super cozy, very safe, and had such a wonderful backyard for my three fur babies. He even had an area in the back that had bags to pick up our fur babies' messes in the yard. Also, one of our favorite parts is that we could park in the garage to unload! It is a nicely located house in a great neighborhood, nearby so many restaurants and different things to do in Parker. We would 100% stay again and highly recommend Garrett and his stay.

Lovely place, just like the pictures. I picked this place because I like to stay close to the 470 belt and it was super cute! It held up to my expectations. It was very clean, great views of the mountains, and had a great private outdoor patio area. The kitchen had everything I needed (note- the only spices are salt and pepper). And the bathroom was luxurious and clean! Would recommend staying here! (Side note: as described this is in the basement of their home. You will hear children and pets running around upstairs but they are respectful of the quiet hours)

This was a perfect location for our family to gather between events. So clean, simple, comfortable and private. For a smaller place had beautiful appliances and everything you could possibly need to make family meals. They have thought of everything. Impressed! Thank you for a beautiful place for it family to celebrate our graduation.

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.
