Valerie was a lovely host and her place was a perfect and cozy spot in State College! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This was the perfect house for our Easter weekend to visit our son at Penn State. The house was conveniently located a few miles from campus. Everything was new and updated and I can not describe how clean the house was upon our arrival. Immaculate. The furniture, bed, pillows, linens all seemed brand new and so clean. The house has everything you could need even down to shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and dish soap. It’s nice to not have to bring those things when you are only staying a couple of days. Ryan was excellent to deal with (although I didn’t need to contact him much because there were zero issues) and he was nice enough to give us an early check in. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you so much!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location close to restaurants and shops. Dawn, our host was incredibly responsive and kind, making the entire experience seamless. It was a great deal, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic place to stay! Super clean and good size space for our group. Joseph was super welcoming, helpful, and responsive to any questions. Definitely would return in future!
