Oak Ranch on Rose Place

This adorable 1880's town home is decorated in original, pristine condition, ranch oak furniture from 1950's. This furniture was manufactured in the beautiful south west, and remains very collectible even today. We have also taken advantage of the western theme by adding Native American pieces through out the house. The space is almost 1000 square feet with full kitchen, two bedrooms and one full bath. We are located within walking distance of the downtown entertainment district.

Located in Westnedge Hill right on the edge of downtown. Just 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. It's a 1926 Colonial with a rich history. Well taken care of and very loved. The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.

1900s Completely Renovated Home Downtown Kalamazoo

We absolutely loved our stay here ! We were only in town for 2 days for a family event nearby , but this house came with everything we needed ! Including a fire pit ! Our daughter is under 2 years old so it was more than accessible for her to get around and same with the yard for our dog . She absolutely enjoyed herself . Can’t wait to stay here again !

We have family in the area and stayed here for the weekend. The home was clean and matched the description. Caleb was very responsive and gave clear instructions. Upstairs does get warm but Caleb has everything you need to cool it to a temperature that works for you. I would definitely stay again

Beauty dj spot and really close to downtown- was able to walk easily! Love that it has 2 bathrooms and patio! Neighbors were kinda noisy but the stay was overall very positive and would come back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very nice and neat. The host was great at responding in little to no time, and was very helpful. I’d definitely stay here again! Parking was a little tricky. We parked on the street because the driveway was full and received a ticket on our last day. That was the only downside though! And the ticket was only $15.
