Vacation rentals with breakfast in Paraparaumu

We spent a wonderful week exploring Wellington with Gary and Kris' place as our base. The Otari-Wilton bush is right next to the house, and we spent hours hiking the area. Very easy to catch a bus into Wellington too. Locally, we really enjoyed the Kelburn Village Pub - great meals and service. The house is fantastic and like other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Really liked the many bird visitors to the garden.

What an absolutely stunning place. Beautifully located in nature, with a gorgeous little stream flowing through the garden. The house is beautifully designed and fully equipped – everything you might need is there. Truly a fantastic spot. Hosts Scott and George are real superhosts – thoughtful and caring. We had a great stay here. The house is lovely and has great views over the water. We had our own car and access to all parts of Wellington was easy. We’re quite a bit fitter for the walk up the stairs each day, but the cable car access is great also.

Bianca was fabulous! The place is in a great location- centrally located but very quiet. It was so easy getting around the city from there. Bianca had so many warm touches throughout the place, from fresh fruit to comfy bathrobes. She was super responsive! Don’t miss out on this place!

We had a fantastic stay at Gile's place in Wellington. Everything was perfectly clean and well provisioned. The location is super, walkable to all shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Gile is very responsive and a true gem of a host. Do not hesitate to book this place, it is an Airbnb 5+ stay!

Great apartment tucked away in the thick of it all — easy walking distance from Te Papa museum and the waterfront, easy Uber rides to Wētā Workshop and the airport, easy access to loads of restaurants and bars on Cuba Street. We had less than 48 hours in Wellington but this stylish place helped us make the most of it.

We had a lovely stay at Janice's place. It was spotless, warm, and very comfortable. Janice was welcoming and great to communicate with.

This was amazing accommodation. The place was new and very tidy. Great neighbourhood. It’s very clear that Peace cares about the people that stay. There is a lot of thought given to what makes it a more homely stay down to the amenities they supplied. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Best experience I’ve ever had with an accommodation actually. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

Great location! Rich was very communicative and his dad, Paul was very friendly and helpful as well. Paul showed me where to take the public lift which led to the cable car and the nearest bus stop and guided me where different things were on a map he provided. He also provided me with a card that I was able to use for the bus and train which was very helpful.

She was so accommodating. Both very, very kind people. Peaceful place and the most beautiful gardens. And she had everything you could possibly ask for breakfast! I feel like they should charge more money. The bedroom also had its own little hang out spot with its own mini fridge as well!

This home’s 180+ degree views encompass a wide sailboard and surfers beach, Wellington airport’s final-approach flight path (which is quiet) and the mouth of Wellington Harbor. Therefore it is fun, fascinating and fulfilling.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Jennifer's place, this house is filled with warmth and exquisite decor, and it was very comfortable to rest at night, plus Jennifer's hand woven hat was very nice and practical, highly recommended to other partners.All in all, this is a wonderful and unforgettable place.
