House vacation rentals in Paramount

There were six of us. Three adults and three teen/tween. This accommodated us very well and comfortably. The home is cozy and nice. The backyard nice and relaxing. Wish we could’ve had time to enjoy it more. Kitchen was large. Great location and was perfect for us. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated. So be cognizant of that for the time of year. Wasn’t as big a deal to us as we really only slept there and didn’t utilize it like I thought we would.

Excellent host and beautiful stay. House was clean and decorated nicely. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

My girls and I really enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful atmosphere, exactly what we needed & what we were looking for. Only complaints is we couldn’t experience the waterfall (would have made my daughter’s bday even better) & also the pool heater. This prevented us from using the pool at night (water was cold) we would have LOVED using the pool from morning till night to take full advantage of the beautiful pool but like they mentioned, it’s expensive to maintain, so I def understand.

My family had a small reunion with our cousins and we had the BEST time. The place was the perfect size, so clean, so entertaining, very quiet, just a short uber to Disney. The hosts were responsive and very polite. We loved everything about this place. It exceeded our expectations and was a good deal!!

House is located in such a quiet part of town and only a short commute to the beach/harbor/anything fun we wanted to do. The spa and pool were a perfect plus to our stay. I will definitely be coming back

This was the best Airbnb I have stayed in yet! ... and I travel quite a bit! ... it is part of my job...as well as hobby! From check in to check out...the home itself...the pool and spa...the items provided...the attentiveness of Jorgen...simply a complete 5 star experience! I will be returning in the future! We had a wonderful time staying at Jeremy’s place . The pool & hot tub drew us in , but the cute little studio was just as appealing . Super clean , very cozy , very private even with the 3 additional rentals sharing the property . 10/10 would stay again .

My family and I just needed a place to stay for the night for a party nearby and it was a great stay for the price and neighborhood. They had all the amenities and the house was spacious and really nice indoors and outdoors. Everyone was satisfied with our stay and really enjoyed staying there over a hotel.

Really cute home, all renovated. Comfortable. The AC we used it a little but realized with the ceiling fans and windows we didnt need. Lots of restaurants and coffee areas quick driving. There's a park behind the house. Be ready for looking for parking but its California which its expected. The host is nice and very responsive, A+ Thank you! Highly recommended

My wife had booked a AirBnB for a surprise party for me so my family could all be together. As she went it was a disaster. I found this house and Cynthia immediately responded mind you it was late. I couldnt be more Grateful for her coming to the rescue and being so easy to deal with. Also being a Born and raised Angelino I forgot how beautiful Lynwood is and the street the house is on is so quiet and plenty of parking. I truly recommend this house if you are looking for peace and quiet and plenty of space. Thanks again Cynthia

Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful place . It was very clean , warm and well equipped. The place is very quiet and centric . The only thing was not be able to have access to a washer and dryer. After all an excellent experience.

The places was amazing, as is on the picture. Everything was very close. Edward responded really quick. No issues. I would stay again in this place

Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!

Had a great stay. Place was very clean. Neighborhood is quiet. Appreciate the designated parking spot near the studio. Had everything I needed!

Lila’s home was very nice and clean. The area was nice and quiet. She was very helpful with any questions we had. Most definitely will be booking again when in the area.

Our stay at Megan’s home was truly wonderful. The house had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, both indoors and in the yard, which made us feel comfortable right away. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. Megan was also kind enough to recommend one of her favorite local restaurants, which turned out to be an excellent choice. We greatly appreciate her hospitality—thank you!

We loved our stay! The home was super clean and surprisingly larger than expected! Works well for bigger groups too and we loved that all the bathrooms were fully functioning and renovated. The amenities were wonderful and added such great value to the stay. Fully stocked kitchen too! Highly recommend staying here when in town! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating as well. Our stay was excellent. Perfect room for our family of five. We have three kids and they had a blast. Easy drivable distance to all major event parks.
