Townhome vacation rentals in Paramé, Saint-Malo

Location was great. Apartment nice and comfortable. The only negative, it was very cold inside and we could not switch on the heater. The stairs are old and creaking at night. We like the apartment and the village!!

Lovely little individually furnished apartment in a good location. Very nice town with a lot of atmosphere. Beaches and shopping are within walking distance. We were very pleased and would come back again.

Very pleasant stay in Stéphanie and Julien's cottage, quiet, very easy to access and nicely arranged. Everything can be reached on foot and so you can get back to the GR very easily. I'll be happy to go back! Hélène

Clean and welcoming accommodation with free parking not far away Jérôme is at your disposal and does not hesitate to communicate The GR34 (well maintained) nearby is great, a must-do to walk to the island of Ebihens Don't forget: Dinan, Dinar and St Malo not so far away... the tourist office in the town will advise you very well I recommend this charming and beautiful little stone house in a picturesque village, close to restaurants, seaside walks and visits to the region Don't hesitate to go there! Excellent position for exploring Dinan and only 30 mins from north coastal destinations. Quaint 3 storey town house. Yes lots of beautiful spiral staircase steps but an excellent way to burn off all the excellent local food. All the essential white goods you could ask for. Just perfect, and excellent value for money!

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is spacious and as described and conveniently located between Saint-Malo and Mont Saint-Michel. The place is peaceful and pleasant. We were able to taste oysters and mussels just a short walk away. It was lovely.

This house is lovely, thoughtfully decorated, and very clean . The location is ideal, quiet near a park and close to the city center and the beach. It is very well equipped, the bedding is fabulous and the terrace and garden very pleasant because it is isolated from the neighborhood to enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy. I can only advise you to stay there, especially since Jeanne is very responsive in communication. Really nice surprise.

Amelie’s house is very elegant, newly refurbished with a lot of taste, well equipped, we really felt at home ! the lovely beach is at the end of the street , local stores and restaurants are at a short walk away too, it’s a great place to spend a nice holiday.

Deborah's house is great, modern, on a quiet street, but close to the center of Saint Servan, a private garden, and equipped with everything you need. Communication with Carole was super nice and easy, and with flexible check-in/out. We will undoubtedly be back.

Perfect! Very well-equipped with nice furniture. (in general we find the furniture of the grandparents) and this is not the case. Well-equipped, everything was perfect near restaurants, walks, a space to park the car and bikes (essential in Granville) We're holding the address!

Very nice spacious house, bright and the ideal location within walking distance of all shops, the beach. Communication was very smooth and friendly with Clementine and Vincent. We loved our stay in Dinard at their place in this feel-good house.

Excellent stay, amazing home—great amenities and a great place to end your day, in a great location. It's a very walkable area with plenty of restaurants and cafes, and is near the seaside. The host is responsive, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend staying here - would happily come back.

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was perfect. Émilie's welcome was very cordial and friendly, no complaints. The location was perfect, a very quiet place. The bedding was perfect, it had everything you needed for cooking. Don't hesitate to rent, you won't be disappointed, that's what I'll do when I come back to Granville.

Very nice accommodation for a weekend or more for 5 or 6 people. the Spa is really great as well as the living space and bedrooms. quick access to the city center with all the local shops... Very large market on Saturday mornings. I highly recommend this accommodation, which is also very well located for visiting Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel.

This is a super place to stay for families exploring St.Malo. Spotlessly clean, stylish, comfortable and well equipped for those travelling with young children. The location is great too - close to Sablons beach, port and a fantastic market on Tuesdays and Fridays. Highly recommended.

With my wife and our 2-month-old daughter, we had a lovely stay. 5 stars because (1) the house has a lot of charm and you feel in a personal and well-decorated accommodation (2) the location in Cancale is TOP (close to great shops, the market and beautiful coves) and (3) the small outdoor courtyard is great for lunch or an aperitif. The exchanges with Mickael, his wife and sister were very smooth - super responsiveness.

We had a great stay at Elodie's house. Very good reception and clear explanation and some tips for restaurants. The house has plenty of space and nice touches like a lignette. Anything you need is present from kitchen equipment to BBQ and jacuzzi. The house is located in a very quiet street a few minutes walk from the beach and also the old town can be reached on foot. So everything for a perfect holiday in Saint Malo!
