House vacation rentals in Paramé, Saint-Malo

Dolly is an amazing apartment, with everything you may need for a trip away. The heated pool was a bonus as the weather wasn’t that nice but it didn’t stop the fun as it was warm enough to have a dip. King sized beds were extremely comfortable (we usually struggle to sleep elsewhere but didn’t have an issue here), and they had a cot set up for our baby, as well as access to a highchair and even bottle sterilising equipment. House was immaculate and I’m a lovely, quiet town, close to places we could explore. The hosts were responsive and helpful, we had a little issue with the pool lid but this was sorted quickly. Thanks for a lovely stay, we plan on returning in the not too distant future x

The most friendly welcoming family that we have had the pleasure to meet and stay with. They went out their way to ensure we were happy with the accommodation.their eagerness to help us throughout our stay and even booked and drove us to the restaurant. They allowed us to leave on our own time . A very friendly family who i am sure I will stay with again. Outstanding hosts. Thank you so much for everything.

We were warmly welcomed by Régine and Laurent. They are responsive and very friendly. The cottage is modern and comfortable and at our convenience. It is close to all the beautiful places you wanted to see: Mont St Michel, Dinan , St Malo, Cancale and its coast... And we had sunshine😉.

Beautiful accommodation, ideal location to discover the area. No complaints. The only small downside that raises questions: the outdoor camera that seems to be active and follows us when we are outside.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. The house is close to the beach and convenient.Every room is also very clean.The only shortcoming is that there are a lot of ants in the kitchen, I hope they can be exterminated quickly, otherwise it will affect the stay

Very happy stay in St Malo. Very clean house with garden and well-equipped, ideal for tranquility and barbecues. The beach is a five-minute walk and easy to park in place of the house. I recommend it without hesitation for families :)

I would this property. Everything was perfect! The photos match reality. Special touches were in the kitchen upon arrival. We were 3 couples and this place is perfect for a weekend with friends. Secure enclosed land.

We felt right at home in Xavier's house. It was in a great location on a quiet street but close to the beach, supermarket, bakeries and restaurants. Xavier had provided lots of toys which our kids loved. The piano was also a big hit. Xavier was an amazing host. He was always very helpful and responsive. We particularly appreciated the early check in. We had an amazing trip!

Very good location very quiet, We highly recommend Manuel and Stéphanie's house Lots of games available for children. No problem parking 2 vehicles. Wonderful, supportive host and a beautiful, cozy, well-located apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We felt more than welcome and really enjoyed our (unfortunately too short) stay!

Jennifer is very nice and accommodating. Her place is perfect. You can enjoy the outdoors even in rainy and windy weather thanks to the very well thought-out covered terrace. The house is very functional and is located close to Saint Malo while remaining in the countryside in a green and quiet place. I can only recommend this place.

Nice bright house, everything is new, clean, well maintained, well equipped. We stayed with our baby and he particularly enjoyed the high chair. Everything is easily reachable by foot, with the stroller. However, the house is located on a busy street, a little noisier at night. But a big plus for parking!

A place that perfectly matches the description. An incredible and so relaxing view. We were missing a little sunshine to fully enjoy the outdoors. Sarah is really very welcoming and explained how the different appliances in the house work. Really very close to Saint Malo. We'll be back with the sun, I hope, next time.

We had a lovely weekend with 6. The accommodation was spotless and very well-equipped for 6 people, including towels. The exteriors were also very nice. Nothing to complain about this accommodation except that you can go there without so much as a second thought!

Fantastic location in St Malo, close to train and bus station, walkable to old city and restaurants. Supermarket less than 100 must away. Wilfred was a very responsive host and kept us informed at every stage of our check in and check out. Place was neat and tidy and in a quiet neighbourhood. Good facilities and very clean

We just spent a few days with the family in Laurence's place. The listing was as described. Impeccable cleanliness and all the comforts for a stay with others. very easy to access and no problem finding a parking space. Peaceful neighborhood, and very well located (8 minutes walk to Sillon beach). Recommended without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Saint Malo. The house was ideally located, in a quiet environment which was very nice. Communication with Frédérique was perfect. We'll be happy to go back!

Sylvie welcomed us very warmly and is very accommodating and understanding. The accommodation is perfect for family reunions. Sufficiently isolated from the city to recharge and close enough to tourist attractions. Very clean, functional accommodation, super well renovated while keeping the authenticity of the building. Family stay with 3 children under 7 years old. The house was very well prepared to welcome us, folding bed, high chair, toys, etc., and nothing is forgotten to make the most of our stay. Great location, the beach is very close, Thank you Henri, for the practical information booklet, for finding your way around the neighborhood as well as your welcome. We'll be happy to go back.
