There are fully equipped kitchen utensils. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 min to Çeşme center. 15 min to Alaçatı center. My house has a sauna, sports equipment, and a jacuzzi. This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.
