Our complex is open all year and consists 5 apartments of different sizes and facilities. Built in accordance with the strict skyrian rules of architecture and decoration, the apartments attract the attention of sophisticated and conscious visitor, who is willing to take a walk in order to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the traditional Chora and the location of the apartments. Due to the absolute tranquility, the strictly traditional ambience and the enchanting view over the whole Chora up to the monastery, there are no parking possibilities near the building. However there is a steep concrete street available for transport as well as loading and unloading luggage. The street requires a car with four-wheel drive. Long term parking is not allowed here Apartment 3: for 1 person (14m2) 1st Floor - cypress green (Owner residence - agreement on a monthly basis) Entrance courtyard (8m2). Small cafe table and director's chair with a fantastic view over the village, monastery and castle. Apartment (14m2): This room contains a single bed, wardrobe, a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and W / C. 2.50 m2 a small veranda overlooking the village and the castle

Exceptional location:situated in a 4000m2 garden and only 3 min. on foot to the beach, 20 min. from the airport, between the port and the main village of Skyros. While in close proximity to restaurants and mini market, these seaside houses allow visitors to enjoy numerous leisure activities such as swimming, diving, horse-riding, and hiking. Renovated this winter of 2020 with respect and love to the island's traditional architecture. The house consists of an open space without separate rooms.

A wonderful villa located in a quiet place. It has an independent large sized room of 24 square meters. The room is decorated based on the traditional culture of Skyros, including all the necessary room facilities such as a fridge, coffee pot, etc. Moreover, the place provides privacy and a unique beautiful yard, surrouded by aesthetic foliage plants and lawn.

Great traditional home with hospitable and kind owners! It is located in a very convenient location and in a quiet alley. Clean, cool (no air conditioning) and with a terrace that has an amazing view to enjoy your coffee or drink!

An outdoor patio area features a natural wood table accompanied by wooden chairs. Surrounding plants and a flowering shrub add color. Sunlight filters through, highlighting the beige shutters and white walls of the nearby structure.

Great experience! Our stay on Airbnb was just amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was friendly and direct. The place was exactly as we saw it in the photos and even better in reality. Cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful details that made our stay special. The location was ideal, close to all the main points of interest, but at the same time quiet and comfortable. Our host was great and very helpful, always available for any questions or needs. We had the feeling that we were in a house and not just a rental. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable experience!

Many thanks to the owners who had provided for all the amenities and made us feel like we were going to visit grandma's house on the island! We felt at home and warm and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere, as well as the so convenient location! What impressed us, was how quiet and secluded the house is, while at the same time 2 minutes away, you are in the social life of the city! Equally equal distance is the castle, as well as the folklore and archaeological museum! Parking is adequate and the view from there unmatched!! Great choice of accommodation for anyone who wants to revive the atmosphere that our ancestors lived, but at the same time seeks the intense life of the island!

The exterior of a traditional house is showcased, featuring whitewashed walls and a wooden pergola adorned with vibrant bougainvillea. The bright turquoise door invites entry, surrounded by greenery and rustic stonework at the base, all set against a clear blue sky.

We liked Giannos's house because it was far from the car traffic but still convenient to get there. Small but with all amenities including the washing machine. Always shower water.

A refreshing pool with a curvy shape is framed by light stone tiles and surrounded by well-maintained greenery. An umbrella provides shade over a wooden lounge chair. The clear blue sky and whitewashed structure create a serene atmosphere, ideal for relaxation.

Beachside Bliss at Skyros Luxury Retreat

A place worth recommending. Fantastic location, with very good access, parking space, close to shops, local restaurants. The biggest attraction is the swimming pool and the fact that the apartment we were in has two independent bedrooms with their own bathrooms, which is rare in this type of facility. Quiet, peaceful, close to the sea and to Chora. The place is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, a comfortable terrace and beautiful decorations. I highly recommend it, I will definitely come back to Skiros to this place at Mrs. Georgija's.
