Vacation rentals with a patio in Paralia Koum Κapi

Panagiotis was a great host, provided nice local recommendations and left us some local treats when we arrived in the apartment. The apartment is great, very clean and has everything you need, I was even able to connect the TV to my laptop when working remotely. Panagiotis proactively offered to clean the veranda when it got hit by sandy rain, which was very much appreciated. The apartment is very close to the old town, and easy walking distance from the local beach. Nice touch to provide beach umbrellas!

Truly a great apartment! Fully matched the listing. It is spotless and everything has been thought of: tea, coffee, washing machine, you name it. It is in a quiet area, but at the bottom of the mountain there is a nice restaurant to enjoy the sunset. We had to mess with the jacuzzi for a while: it went on every hour in the middle of the night, but the host responded very quickly and was able to explain to us how to solve this. We had a lovely stay, I would recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay at Nomas! It was a beautiful space to be able to come back to after various activities in the city. Andreas was very nice and hospitable, always asking if we needed anything and giving us various recommendations. Should we ever return to Crete we will look to see if Nomas is available to stay.

We felt very comfortable here! The location is perfect, by car you can easily get to many great beaches without having to drive extremely far. The room was as described, it was totally clean and was even cleaned once during our stay. The view was totally beautiful and having breakfast on the balcony was simply awesome! I have to give a small deduction, because the bed is quite small and the apartment is also very noisy... unfortunately you can hear all the sounds from outside and also from the neighbors... Thank God we were lucky that we had quiet neighbors, but if families with children live next door, it could be a little louder. Nevertheless, we were completely satisfied, the host is super friendly and gave us great recommendations! We would come back 🥹🥰

The accommodation was very comfortable and Spyridon was very present and active, ready to respond to any need. We had a slight setback with the bathroom sink drain, despite the fact that we were only there for one night, he was immediately understanding and ready to have a plumber intervene to solve the problem. A very helpful host, and this fact alone makes the stay worthwhile.

Host was extremely flexible with our arrival, which changed a bit because of traffic. They explained everything in the apartment very well, and they even offered suggestions to my questions about beaches, etc. Apartment was beautiful--even nicer than photos. It's a busy, lively neighborhood, but the doors and windows seal and lock very tightly--great soundproofing. Everything was modern and worked well.

Peter and his mother Niki are wonderful hosts, very warm and kind. When we arrived, Peter welcomed us warmly and gave us some instructions and great advices for Sightseeing, restaurants, beaches, etc.. There was also a very tasty homemade dish made by his mother Niki in the fridge. Apartment is in great condition. Everything has been thought of and beautifully furnished, just like in the pictures. With a lot of attention to detail. A really great concept in under 30 square meters. The apartment is nice and shady, perfect for hot days, so you can sit wonderfully on the terrace. The apartment has a private parking space for the car. You can walk to the old town of Chania in 30 min. Definitely worth a walk, as you can explore the beautiful area. A bakery and supermarket were in the immediate neighborhood. Our flight was at 7 a.m., so we had to leave the apartment at 4:30 a.m. Niki (the mother) insisted on saying goodbye. We had a lovely stay and would come back anytime 😊

Really impressed with the renovation of this Airbnb. Much better than the pictures. We had a very comfortable 4 day stay. Great location. Would rent this unit again.

We had the most amazing time staying here. Everything was exactly as pictured. The jacuzzi was an absolute must! The beach is about a four minute walk away with tons of restaurants. Communication with the host was super quick and helpful. We did have a car and finding parking was harder during peak beach time but always found something in walking distance. I highly recommend staying here, I would definitely stay again!

We had a perfect stay at this cosy little house ! It was clean, well equipped and only 3 min walk from the beach and great sea food restaurants. I would recommend this place to everyone !

We had an excellent stay at this Villa. Exactly as described and how it looks in the photos. Villa finished to a really high standard and lovely swimming pool. The villa is also nicely equipped & sone really nice touches from the host, Katerina, with locally grown vegetables & olive oil. Katerina went above and beyond as a host with regular cleaning & towels changes etc and was very supportive when our daughter was involved in an accident (not at the villa!) Would definitely recommend and go back 👍

Beautiful, peaceful, so thoughtfully decorated. A great AirBnB stay. Walkable to many shops and restaurants but off the beaten path for privacy and quiet. Amazing view of the sea. Hosts went above and beyond to help me find the location and get me settled. Would recommend to anyone staying in this area!

I've just spent a week in this apartment, and I have to say it was a fantastic stay! The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. The location is ideal, at walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apartment is also very quiet and perfect for anyone looking for a place to relax. One of the highlights was the private paid parking lot right across from the apartment, which was perfect for me since I rented a car during my stay. The landlord was very responsive and accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. Five stars without a doubt!

A big thank you to Konstantinos and Stelina, who provide a beautiful apartment for their guests. We loved the layout of the rooms, very modern with floor-to-ceiling windows, a kitchen where nothing was missing (even a salad spinner and a measuring cup were there!) and with a comfortable bed. Towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen every 5 days, real luxury! It smells very pleasant, thanks to the well-chosen incense sticks. For me, a good-smelling apartment is always very important and we appreciated that as well. The balcony is airy and in the shade after 10:00 am, so it is pleasant to stay there and the beautiful view of Souda Bay is simply wonderful. The city center is about 10 minutes by car, so you can quickly get to the center, but also quickly get out again in the evening. Ideal for people who want to enjoy city life, but prefer to have it a little quieter. Thank you again for everything!!

Everything was perfect, so much that we wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was not possible. The apartment is just like the pictures, perfectly clean. Best airbnb we have ever stayed at because of Andonis's (and his mother, Maria, who lives in the same complex) hospitality. Andonis gave us great recommendations and even dropped off a bottle of delicious rose. Maria made our stay feel like a home. She brought us oranges from her garden for fresh juice, dolma made with zucchini flower, and spanakopita. The kitchen was also fully equipped so we were able to cook at home at least two meals a day. If we return to Crete, we can't wait to stay again.

Beautiful stay! Such tasteful design, spotless home with really wonderful staff to help. The team was very responsive and had really set up the place to make it very warm. It had everything you may neeed and more! Super strong winter net too so we enjoyed working there. Loved it and would definitely suggest!

The place was very clean, with plenty of space for a family of 4. It was close to everything you may need, like restaurants, cafes, bars, and markets. Frosso was always available to answer any questions and to find us what we needed. She never hesitated to return to the home if necessary, and rushed over when my son accidentally locked us out. She is the best

Irene’s so comfortable and she have everything we needed. Is so close to walk to old town and also restaurant and grocery. Easy street parking. Irene is also so helpful, she answer anything and so friendly. Highly recommended this place!!!

Ioanna was the most incredible host we have ever had, she is very thoughtful, the apartment was great, with lots of little extras like food and beverages for us. The outside terrace is amazing, a great place to eat, relax, and hang out. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with everything a traveler would need. The location is close to the beach and restaurants and walkable to the old town, and also quiet. Ioanna was a great communicator and kept us well fed, arranged transportation to the airport, and quickly answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this place, and I hope that we can stay there again someday!
