Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato qui per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'ambiente è pulito, ben attrezzato e confortevole, è come essere a casa. La struttura è situata in un punto in cui è possibile raggiungere il centro di Chania (tra l'altro bellissima e molto "viva"!) con facilità. Gli host sono molto amichevoli, gentili e ospitali, ci hanno sempre fatto sentire a nostro agio, perfino il giorno della nostra partenza verso casa si sono intrattenuti con noi e ci hanno offerto il caffè. Inoltre ci hanno anche consigliato posti bellissimi da visitare, come il sito archeologico di Aptera, e ristoranti dove mangiare bene! Bravissimi Sifi e Nella, vi ringraziamo di cuore! Un abbraccio :)

We had a short but wonderful stay at Dimitris and Danae’s villa, we were so surprised at how large and open the space is, it’s really a beautiful stay in the heart of the village on the mountains. We visited the Bistro owned by Dimitris next door, which do great coffees, smoothies and food- no wonder it seems so popular. Everything about this stay was perfect from the warm welcome we received to the privacy when relaxing by the pool, we would love to stay again in the future ☺️

Das im ersten Stock über einer guten Bäckerei gelegene Einzimmerappartement entsprach den Fotos. Der Balkon ist größer gewesen, als erwartet. Der freundliche Vermieter hat uns gut mit Erzeugnissen aus seinem Garten versorgt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt.

Highly recommend to anyone coming to the area. The place is exactly as in the pictures and it met our expectations and even more. The location is perfect, the apartment is incredibly clean and everything we asked for, we immediately received a response. The pool with a perfect view. And most importantly - Mina, the owner of the place. She was in daily contact with us to recommend attractions and restaurants and more.. And took care of every detail during our visit. We felt like family. And we will definitely be back in the future..

Nous avons eu un accueil exceptionnel de la part d'Andreas et Maria. Le logement est impeccable, le coin piscine très appréciable et la vue mer superbe. Nous avons adoré déjeuner le matin sur la terrasse au calme. Leur taverne est vraiment a faire, la nourriture est incroyable et l accueil merveilleux ! Nous vous remercions infiniment pour ce séjour.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Dimitris place. Very easy communication and self check in. The apartment is a lovely space, well set out and private space overlooking the marina. Just a short walk to the nearest beach, restaurants and bars. Hania Old Town is just a short stoll down the sea front. Denitris had bikes there also we could use if required. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the apartment and Chania to all. Many thanks Dimitris 😎👌

The apartment is in a great location and spacious . It is close enough to town center and old town but far enough to find parking easily on the street. Lefteris was very responsive kind and helpful and was swift to abide to our requests for additional utensils and games. we had a great time!

Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, ισχίο, όμορφο μέρο. Όλα όπως φοτογραφια. Δέσποινα ήταν καλή γυναικα πού έκανε όλα για να μείνω μια χαρα. Όπως έφερε φαγητό, απο αυτα λίγο περνώ στο σπιτι στη Φινλανδία. Ευχαριστώ!! Αυτό το διαμέρισμα αξίζει το κόπο να έρθεις! Καί το Κισσαμο σαν Πόλη είναι συμπαθητικη, μικρη κ σάν παλιές μέρες ήταν αυτες.

I could not imagine finding a better place to stay in Chania than Sia's apartment! It had everything we could want, including a full kitchen, and the view was million dollar - better even than the pictures and the whole place was just wonderful. The walk to the nearest 2 beaches was EASY, and about 7 minutes through a quiet but interesting neighbourhoood, the 3rd beach was just a few minutes further. Best is, all 3 of our 'local' beaches were literally the best ones we saw anywhere in Chania! It's a pleasant walk into the old city, or you can park and ride - super easy and quick. Or regularly buses from our neighbourhood, or jump on a Mercury bike which you then just leave in town. Also we were very close to a few different supermarkets - and I definitly recommend stocking up and enjoying some of your meals at home, on the superb balcony! LOVE this place and would highly recommend.

Fantastic place. Great views from the sun terrace overlooking the bay, so could sit and watch boats and cruise ships on their way to Chania. Only 5 mins walk down a gentle hill to the beach, shops & restaurants. Felt very private, although there were other apartments there, it is laid out so you are not overlooked. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and apartment staff were there every day keeping the pool and surrounding areas clean & tidy. Gas BBQ on the terrace was great. Good choice of restaurants along the beach, as well as a few small supermarkets in the centre. 40 mins drive from the airport and well positioned for visiting Chania (which was beautiful) and exploring the area. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay and have already recommended it to friends, and would definitely stay again. Kreta Eiendom's team were very responsive, when we had a small issue during our stay.

Es war super schön hier. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern. Man ist ein bisschen am Berg oben, was super schön ist, da es dort viel ruhiger ist. In die Stadt und zum Strand kommt man super zu Fuß. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

If you're looking for a luxurious and stylish place with fantastic energy, this is the perfect spot! We were so delighted with the apartment and the breathtaking sea view that we barely felt the need to go out. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped with high-quality, brand-new kitchen utensils, making cooking a real pleasure. We especially enjoyed the wraparound terrace, which offered us many beautiful moments and a stunning view. The neighborhood is equally charming, and the location couldn’t be better – just 15 minutes from the old town! We can only highly recommend this apartment. It was one of the best airbnb stays I’ve had in Greece, the hosts were extremely kind and helpful and Kissamos is a cute little village with great beaches and views. Highly recommend it!

The place is quite clean and quiet. It is located the top floor and the ocean view from the room is wonderful. It has sufficient kitchen equipment, large living and bed rooms. A free parking spot is close by. I recommend this place.

Super logement ! propreté impeccable, avec une piscine et un jacuzzi juste incroyable ! et une vue extraordinaire 🇬🇷 le seul inconvénient est le manque de matériel type sèche cheveux, ciseaux etc alors que c’était écrit dans la description Hôtes réactif !

We had a wonderful two weeks at this rental. Sthatis and Alexandra were fantastic hosts, very responsive and accommodating. The house is exactly like the photos (minus the hanging chairs- but they were not missed). It is ade up of two separate apartments each with 2 bedrooms. It is well equipped and gets the most beautiful sunsets, perfect for an evening barbeque . If you wish to explore the island you will definitely need a car but it is wonderfully located between many of the islands attractions and accessible from both airports. The lovely maid (whose name I cannot remember- sorry!) attended twice. We had some unusual weather while we were there, including a sandstorm which coated the entire area in dust, but Stathis and Alexandra had organised the following day to have the outdoor areas cleaned and the pool water serviced so that we could use the facilities, which we were very impressed by. Overall it was a fantastic choice and we would recommend it to anybody considering staying

It was one of the best places we stayed in Europe. The house has everything you need, from kitchen utensils to an outdoor table. Yannis is an amazing host and not only gave us heaps of recommendations but also received us with local food. We will never forget it! Thank you so much.

We hebben als gezin twee fantastische weken gehad in Villa Emanuelle. Het was een fantastisch verblijf waar met liefde en aandacht van de host alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd was. Altijd bereikbaar voor tips en bijzonder behulpzaam in de voorbereiding. Niets was te veel en zelf een gevulde koelkast bij aankomst. de Kreteense gastvrijheid in optima forma. Met recht een parel van een villa!

This home worked perfectly for my family of 11. Evi was very communicative and responsive, I very much appreciate her help. The home was well stocked and we appreciate the welcome gifts. The location is fantastic and very walkable to all of Chania. We had 3 family members that were 70+ that were able to get around easily. The neighborhood has some graffiti on the walls as you enter but there was never a time we felt unsafe. Everyone we encountered in Chania was wonderful. I would recommend this home to family and friends.

Meillä oli ihana viikko kohteessa! Michalis oli meitä vastassa ja hän oli ostanut meitä varten ruokaa ja juomaa jääkaappiin, joten emme joutuneet heti lennon jälkeen lähtemään kauppaan. Tunsimme olomme heti todella tervetulleeksi. Asunto oli ihana ja todella siisti. Nautimme auringosta ja omasta rauhasta takapihalla, jossa oli myös virkistävä allas. Asunnolta oli lyhyt matka kävellä rantaan, jossa oli useita ravintoloita sekä vanhaan kaupunkiin. Lisäksi lähellä oli ruokakauppoja ja kahviloita sekä kuntosali. Majoittajat olivat aivan mahtavia, Michalis vastasi aina nopeasti ja tuli paikalle jos tarvitsimme apua. Meistä tuntui, että meistä pidettiin todella hyvää huolta. Voimme ehdottomasti suositella kohdetta kaikille ja majoittuisimme ehdottomasti uudelleen!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich lohnenswert. Es ist sehr viel Platz und alles zum täglichen Bedarf vorhanden. Toller Pool und tolle Sauna. Leider riecht der Abfluss im Bad schon sehr. Die Lage ist nicht ganz so toll. Die Sackgasse ist ein wenig herunter gekommen und unattraktiv, aber alles in allem ist es Nachts ruhig. Stelios ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Er hat viele hilfreiche Tips für die Umgebung und reagiert schnell auf Kontaktversuche. Wir haben leckere Orangen und Honig geschenkt bekommen und Stelios war stets für einen da. 6/5 Sternen für seine Mühe. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder Buchen, da sie viel Platz für Familien bietet und alles hat. Man ist außerdem schnell an der Hauptstraße Kretas. Danke Stelios.

Wir, Paar Mitte 50, durften von 31. Mai 2023 bis 9. Juni 2023 einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem ehrwürdigen, historischen Haus verbringen. Von der Buchung über die Kommunikation und bis zur Abreise hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Das Haus bietet eine ausgezeichnete WLAN-Verbindung und eine zweckmäßig eingerichtete Küche. Durch die 3 Etagen ist das Haus zwar nicht für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität zu empfehlen, da es auch rund 2 Kilometer bis zum alten Hafen sind, bietet aber zusammen mit der großen Terasse verschiedene Abschnitte zu individuellen Verfügung oder etwickelt sich für Familien mit bis zu 2 Kindern zum Abenteuerspielplatz. Bademöglichkeit im Meer ist direkt beim Haus vorhanden. Herr Panagiotis ist ein sehr charmanter, gebildeter Gastgeber, hat uns mit Seiner Gattin, Frau Apollonia, herzlich empfangen und in perfektem Englisch viel Wissenswertes erklärt. Ein gutes Gefühl war auch, die Gastgeberfamile im Nachbarhaus anwesend zu haben. Dankeschön!
