A big thank you to Konstantinos and Stelina, who provide a beautiful apartment for their guests. We loved the layout of the rooms, very modern with floor-to-ceiling windows, a kitchen where nothing was missing (even a salad spinner and a measuring cup were there!) and with a comfortable bed. Towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen every 5 days, real luxury! It smells very pleasant, thanks to the well-chosen incense sticks. For me, a good-smelling apartment is always very important and we appreciated that as well. The balcony is airy and in the shade after 10:00 am, so it is pleasant to stay there and the beautiful view of Souda Bay is simply wonderful. The city center is about 10 minutes by car, so you can quickly get to the center, but also quickly get out again in the evening. Ideal for people who want to enjoy city life, but prefer to have it a little quieter. Thank you again for everything!!

the apartment is just perfect. great location- 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has everything you need, it is quite spacious and has an incredible balcony. the communication with Ioannis was perfect, he was very kind and sent some good recommendations for restaurants and bakeries. I'll be back!

The apartment was perfect. It was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The location is also great, very close to the town centre and a short walk the other way along the coast to some beautiful beaches. The views from the balcony are amazing and I can't imagine there is anywhere better to spend a week in Chania. Amalia was also a great host. Highly recommended!

The flat is amazing. Every single detail was thought ahead for the guests. It is comfortable and clean and had everything you may need. The location it's also great right on the heart of old town and Chania Venezza, close to many beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and stores all with walking distance of don't rent a car. On the top of this Zoe is an amazing host, answering to all our questions and gave us a great indication to a excursion agency so we could visit what was on of the most beautiful beaches I have seen in my life. I will 100% recommend the place to family and friends.

Everything was great! The apartment was new and well designed. Everything inside was perfect. The building also was brend new and it made the neighborhood look good. The location was fantastic, 10 minutes from old town and a very enjoyable walk next to the sea. We deffinitively had a great time. I would stay here everytime if i come to Crete again.

If you love a vacation off the beaten track, away from the crowds of tourist resorts... this is your place. The house is located in a small village attached to the rock with stunning views of the Rokka gorge. The terrace you'll share with other guests is perfect for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif. Be aware that there are cats that come looking for food... for those with allergies... Marianna provided us with food for the first night and was always responsive to any questions or problems. Rokka is the ideal place to explore the beaches of the northwest of the island and Chania. The southwest beaches are at least an hour's drive away. We're taking beautiful memories with us Thank you.

Great stay for Chalepa area in Chania!! Very friendly and helpful understanding. The apartment was very clean and in line with the description, and they provided us with a park for the baby!

We had amazing few days staying here. The apartment is beautiful and clean, in a great location, out of the way enough from the busy centre but just a short few minute walk to Chania town centre and the beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

It was such a nice stay for me. The place is quite brilliant and located in one of crowded avenues near Ahmet Aga Minaret, old town. It is close to central bus station, taxi station, harbour, Koum Kapı beach, and etc. Also, the landlord was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for everyone who want to experience staying in old town.

Nikos' place is a wonderful, spacious 3 bedroom apartment. The location is great--a block away from the water and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Old Town and Venetian harbor of Chania! There are a few wonderful restaurants close by as well as the great restaurant and coffee bars in town. I will say that Nikos can be a little delayed in his communication back to me. He is ultimately responsive, and we encountered no major problems that required his immediate response. In all, Nikos' apartment was a great home away from home where we stayed for 3 weeks and happily immersed ourselves in the life of Chania!

Fantastic place. Great views from the sun terrace overlooking the bay, so could sit and watch boats and cruise ships on their way to Chania. Only 5 mins walk down a gentle hill to the beach, shops & restaurants. Felt very private, although there were other apartments there, it is laid out so you are not overlooked. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and apartment staff were there every day keeping the pool and surrounding areas clean & tidy. Gas BBQ on the terrace was great. Good choice of restaurants along the beach, as well as a few small supermarkets in the centre. 40 mins drive from the airport and well positioned for visiting Chania (which was beautiful) and exploring the area. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay and have already recommended it to friends, and would definitely stay again. Kreta Eiendom's team were very responsive, when we had a small issue during our stay.

It was super nice here. We were warmly welcomed and communication went smoothly. The place is as pictured. You're a bit up the mountain, which is super nice because it's much quieter there. The city and the beach are within walking distance. We were very satisfied.

Anastasia’s apartment is really nice, the view is amazing, and the surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful perfect for a peaceful trip.

The accommodation and generally the complex around it was very well maintained and we felt very comfortable there. The pool and the view from here was really great. The complex is located in the mountains with a view of the sea - really beautiful 😍 Claudia and Marco were very friendly and always available if we needed recommendations for the area 🙂 Overall, we had a very relaxing time 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandros’s place! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The villa itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, but the real highlight was the stunning outdoor space and private pool – we truly didn’t want to leave. Alexandros was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving us a selection of delicious local treats. We had everything we needed and more. The location is peaceful and offers a beautiful sea view thanks to its position on a hill – it feels like a little slice of paradise. It’s just a short drive to the charming town of Rethymno, which has plenty of great places to eat, shop, and explore. There are also supermarkets nearby if you’d rather cook and enjoy meals at the lovely villa. Do note that you’ll definitely need a car, as the villa is a bit uphill and not walkable from town – but the view and tranquility are well worth it. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was great and everything went well with Maria. The apartment was clean and cozy. The location was good, but I recommend renting a car. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone. 😊

We spent almost 2 months at the Menelaos and everything was good. The apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood, not far from the center ( ~ 15 minute walking). The place is simple, but it has everything you might need for a longer stay. The outdoor space is very nice, we enjoyed mostly the barbeque as we stayed during the winter, but the pool is definitely worth it during summer time. We both work remotely and never had issues with the internet. For us the place was perfect as you have everything you need at walking distance (gym, weekly farmers market, coffee shops and restaurants, veterinarian etc). Menelaos was available all the time for any question/issue that we had. Definitely recommend the place for longer or shorter stays.
