My penthouse is located on the 3rd floor in the center of Chania , in Koum Kapi area , only 1 minute walking distance from the beach and 10 minutes from the Old harbor. My smart penthouse will offer you a relaxing base with the majority of all the amenities and privacy in order to feel like home and explore the town and the region of Chania. It has access to the roof garden where you will find especially for you a full set of garden furniture and beach chairs to enjoy the sea view!

It is located in the heart of Chania, on the edge of the old town, you can profit the nicest walks all over the town with no car need. 10' from the old harbor, 4' from the Municipal Market, 3' of Koum Kapi beach, in the heart of town nightlife. Not so convenient if you have a car, as it is difficult to park in town center.

It was built in the early 16th century as a fortress, with the only purpose to protect the city mainly from pirate attacks and constitutes part of the Venetian wall. It also has a solar water heater with a continuous hot water supply and a washing machine. There is no elevator.
