Picturesque sunny villa that offers visitors first class accommodations within its spacious 150m2 house which provides every comfort needed. Enjoy our beautiful and large swimming pool and breathtaking view. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden rich in flowers and olive trees, which supplement the villa's image with colours and scents. The two-story building is indicative of traditional architecture while focusing on functionality and simplicity. The rooms are all very sunny with many openings. In the first floor there are two bedrooms with a bathroom between them (common) and queen size beds. In the ground floor there is one bedroom (queen size bed)with its own bathroom ,a living room with sofa and dining table and a smart kitchen .The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook your own delicious meals. There is also another bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The outdoor area is a continuation of the living room and the kitchen,therefore it is very comfortable and functional .The adjacent outdoor sheltered dining table will make your meals more enjoyable. Therefore we invite you to breath in the fresh ionian sea air, swim in the crystal waters of Kalami,enjoy a great variety of sea sports,rent a boat and discover small beaches and if you like walking,take one of the seaside paths and discover hidden beauties.But if you prefer less action,relax by the pool and bask in the sun, rejoice in the colours of the sky during the sunset, enjoy your drink by watching the boats anchored in the bay and the lights of Corfu town. Your stay here will definitely be most memorable. All parts of the villa can be accessed by guests. The villa has a sheltered two car garage with room in the driveway for more. This coastal retreat is on the northeastern side of Corfu, 150m from Kalami beach, one of the most picturesque shorelines on the island with crystal waters, sun loungers and parasols. Beautiful Kouloura harbour is within walking distance. The villa is situated in Kalami bay, which is 30km from Corfu town. Getting around the island is possible either by bus transport(15 min.walking distance away from the villa there is a bus station for Corfu town),taxi or by renting a car.

We enjoyed our stay in Kalami very much, the village itself is very small, but equipped with two supermarkets that are open until late and a few nice restaurants. The apartment was small but has a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of pans, etc.) and a very modern bathroom. All in all, we had a very nice stay here, thank you Kostas!

The place was really very nice and the view breathtaking. Everything was as described and we didn't miss anything. The place is easily accessible by car and parking is also available. Communication was perfect. There were quick and helpful answers to all questions. The hosts also proactively contacted us to make sure nothing was missing. The location is great, the beach, supermarkets and restaurants are very close, as well as boat rentals or water sports activities. If you like to drive, you also have many opportunities to see a variety of beaches, as they are easily and quickly accessible by car. If you don't like to drive, you can also use a water taxi for €25 per person :). Many thanks to the hosts for this great stay!

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful peaceful place. Even if we catch 2 days of autumn rain we had a good rest, we felt safe and we enjoyed amazing views with the sunset, sunrise and thunderstorms above the sea and islands. Marina was very friendly, responsive and I admired her earth-friendly mentality. She did a nice job reviving the old villa. There's no wifi or tv available so it's the perfect stay to keep your eyes on the nature and recharge yourself. We are happy for this experience, nice to meet you Marina! :)

Kalami Sunlight by Sealand Villas

We had a lovely week at the Kalami Sunlight villa. It was easy to find arriving in the dark, with a responsive host that answered all our questions. The bedrooms were all a good size, very tasteful and clean, each with an en suite and balcony overlooking the beautiful view. The kitchen was well equipped, making eating in for some meals easy. The pool was lovely, with great sun loungers and a separate seating area looking at the view. The only issue we had was the drive being so steep our little hire car couldn't handle it, so we parked a few meters down the road with no trouble! We checked with our host regarding disposing of our rubbish but they said to just leave it for them to collect, which made things very easy on checkout. Would definitely recommend to groups of friends, family or couples looking for a lovely spacious villa just outside a beautiful peaceful Corfu town.
