In the heart of a nature reserve, a new, quiet and luxurious villa with a swimming pool and three minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches in Skiathos and 10 minutes from the city center. The villa includes 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning in each room. The lower apartment includes a bedroom, a large and pampering bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a work area and a spacious dining area. The upper apartment includes a separate entrance, two pampering bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom , a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the nature reserve and the sea. Air-conditioning in every room, smart TV in all bedrooms and living room rooms and internet is available throughout the house.

A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

Garden, Olive grove and an unforgettable sea view!

Villa Orion is situated about 1km outside the main town of Skiathos. It is approximately 25 minutes on foot. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the road as well as a bus stop which can take you to town and to the Southern beaches. The apartment is on a hill with a beautiful 180 degree view of the sea and is surrounded by a charming garden. We suggest taking a taxi upon your arrival if you are not renting a vehicle, as the walk up the hill with heavy suitcases is not advisable.

I just spent an unforgettable week in this stunning house in Skopelos Town. Every morning, I woke up to breathtaking views of the sea, the soothing sound of birdsong, and the incredible light and energy that make this island so magical. The house itself is absolutely perfect — like something out of a fairytale. It’s beautifully designed, thoughtfully equipped, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Bar and her partner are truly exceptional hosts — warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond by picking us up from the port when we arrived and dropping us off when we left, making our trip seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb experience in Skopelos, look no further. This place is a dream — I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. Everyone we met was super kind and had wonderful recommendations. The terrace is also great. You can walk everywhere in a few minutes but are still away from the louder bars at the port.

A balcony offers views of the sea and the surrounding town. A small table with a decorative vase of flowers is set against white chairs, while rooftops are seen below, arranged in a patchwork of colors. Nearby islands add to the scenic backdrop.

Cristos was a super host. Super helpful and nice. To climb the hill up every day in the heat was a challenge but thank god we had a/c. We had a great stay. Thank you so much!

We booked a last minute (baby moon) trip and were delighted that George’s place was available, from start to finish communication was brilliant. George and his mother went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The accomodation is set in very peaceful green part of the island, a small walk to a small shop, local restaurants and a local beach one side, and the other an adventure by 4x4 to the harder to get to beaches (this was our favourite). The garden is beautifully maintained it was so lovely to wake up to and have breakfast in, the bed was extremely comfortable and bedding so perfectly ironed it was such a treat to sleep in. A lovely big shower. All the woodwork and furniture is beautifully curated and handmade by George himself. We couldn’t fault our stay and recommend you book without delay. We will 100% be back (with baby) Thank you for making our week so special!

Beachfront Greek Villa with Semi-Private Beach

The house is fantastic, very private - you could hear the neighbours but aren't overlooked at all and the view from the terrace is unforgettable! Everything at the house was very comfortable and as described. The kitchen is well equipped. The little beach is a short walk down a path down through garden and is very peaceful. The house is very close to the bus service between Skiathos town and Koukounaries beach so very easy to get everywhere apart from the northern beaches so you need a hire care if you want to explore more. A couple of excellent tavernas within a short distance of the property. Fred was an amazing host - he was very communicative from the moment we booked. He went out of his way to settle us in, meeting us the airport and even helping us book a restaurant for the first evening. Fred gave us lots of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches to explore. It was a wonderful week - we were gutted to leave and are already planning the next trip back!

We like to stay at Alexandros house. The place is placed in a nice location with beautiful souroundings. The beach is very close and you can find grocery and restaurants on foot. Just be advised, if you came here with a baby you have to climb a hill (up to 15 grade) so a (rented) car is a must.
