The house was perfect and super clean! The garden is great were both of our dogs playing all day long! The views from the house are incredible where you can see the big mountains! Two minute walk you reach the waterfalls and the organic garden where you can buy all the vegetables and greens super fresh directly from the garden! I can super super recommend Rogérios place!! 10 stars ⭐️!!

We spent a great weekend as a family! The weather did not help much but the house, because it was so pleasant, made our passage through São Luiz do Paraitinga a very pleasant trip.

The Tatica house exceeded all our expectations: our standards were high and everything there contributed to an experience even better than imagined. Starting with the house, which is beautiful, super distributed, cozy and equipped. The view, amazing. The contact with Paula and Patsy, super fluid. The Olho d'Água site is a chapter apart: the cheeses and blueberries produced there are unparalleled. We were delighted! Only two points could improve: the mattress in the double room, which did not deliver the comfort that the rest of the house delivers; and the Jacuzzi, which unfortunately had a broken motor, serving only as a bathtub. Still, I highly recommend this paradise and intend to return! ❤️

Extremely satisfied and delighted with the listing. We will definitely return and refer to friends and family. Impeccably organized space, even in small details! The house has everything to avoid any inconvenience: candles in case of lack of energy, phosphorus next to the fogao in case of any need with the gas, and a multitude of small details, which not everyone notices, but that help and reassure the host if necessary. We love the carderno that is in the house, with guidance on the place, market indications, restaurants and tourist tips. The house is super private, and the most charming of all is the breathtaking view. Thank you for the great experience and have made these days special.
