The location is great , within walking distance of cafes, bars, and restaurants, with easy access to public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. Juan was an excellent host , always willing to help us and answer our questions. His communication was clear, quick and gave us good advice on places to visit and eat In short, this apartment is a gem in Asuncion, If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable and well located place, please feel free to choose this apartment. The place is good as the photo shows, well modern, sure, it has its own parking, everything very clean is located in a very strategic place close to everything, I was surprised because it is well similar to the apartments in Miami. And the very attentive host from the beginning was answering all the doubts , responds the message very quickly No doubt when I come back to Asuncion I would choose to stay in the same place because the price is also very accessible for everything the accommodation provides

Nickel house 👌 as described with garden, barbecue, hanging rack, nothing missing. Very quiet neighborhood We felt right at home. Alain and Carla are very responsive and very kind, we thank them very much. We will come back to their home without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay, a super nice and pleasant place in a fairly quiet area, away from the noise. Everything just right and necessary to spend a nice weekend and disconnect from everything, with everything you need around, we would love to come back later and enjoy it again. 😄
