Vacation rentals with a pool in Paraguay

Wonderful place. Clean, well equipped. Good location. Secure parking. Very little noise. Great TV. Really good internet. Responsive and friendly hosts. Nothing but good. In fact, perfect. I extended by stay after the first night I was so happy.

This is the second time we've chosen the house! It's divine, super clean and has everything you need. It is a very quiet and beautiful house, highly✨ recommended! Cristina and her husband are very nice🙌🏽

We stayed with my family per week holy. The facilities were spotless, super clean and identical to the photos. Tomas and Whitney are one of the best hots I contacted, they gave us clear instructions and they were pending if we needed anything. We were also invited homemade bread and direct chipa from the tatakuá. A great place if the idea is to get out of the noise of the city, meters from Lake Ypakarai. It has everything you need to stay for several days and easy access and proximity to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has bikes and what is needed for kayaking in the lake. Before the stay we had a particular inconvenience, Tomas and Whitney were super understandable with us and gave us a hand to be able to fix the problem. Without hesitation, a place that we would repeat again.

Excellent place to spend a few days in peace and quiet in Piribebuy. The hosts Matthias and Mirian are super friendly and helpful, they welcomed us very kindly. The site has all the necessary amenities up to games. Apart from Matthias and Mirian make some delicious Roman-style homemade pizzas that everyone should try. Not to mention Spike's loving and playful. We definitely come back. 👌🏻

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. What really stands out is the host's attention and willingness, always ready to help and ensure that your stay is perfect. Definitely a great option for those looking for comfort and good service!

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

The place is as shown in the photos, very quiet and very spacious, there is a lot of space to enjoy. The quincho is the best of the place along with the pool. The bad thing is that the place to rest and to go to the bathroom is 200 meters from the quincho which is where they will spend most of the time. The water is incredibly sweet I imagine it will be because it is an artesian well or if it is potable it has very few chemicals this is a plus apart. The park for children is another very positive attraction. In general, the place is very nice with a lot of potential although it is missing some details if we would return.

New apartment, with excellent infrastructure and very well located.

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Our stay was excellent. We greatly appreciate the host's care and kindness, always willing to help us. The place is very quiet and pleasant, ideal for resting. In addition, it is spacious, very clean and well kept, with everything you need to feel comfortable. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It is also very well located, with a pharmacy and supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. Totally recommended!

Helpful staff, modern apartment, clean, very top, I missed a table on the balcony next to the barbecue so we didn't have to enter the apartment to cut the meat but it had all the utensils we needed, 10 out of 10, I highly recommend it!!!

Matheus and the team were great hosts! The apartment is equipped for long-term stays and you have everything you need within the complex. I had a comfortable stay!

I stayed 2 times in 1 year. And I'll be back. Excellent location and very complete and clean
