Very cozy and comfortable place, I liked the atmosphere. The kitchen had all I needed. Bed was ok, a bit too soft for my liking but that is a personal preference. Good area with lots of things in walking distance, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shopping malls etc.

Excellent as always, in the heart of Asunción, without a doubt we will return, Cesar is always attentive.

Excellent stay: good atmosphere, you feel at ease. The host is very accommodating, Victor and the gentleman who works there are very kind. The spaces are large and pleasant, and the kitchen is well equipped. In addition, the air conditioning in the rooms is welcome, as well as the pool and barbecue.

I recommend! The kitchen is very equipped and comfortable to use. The bed was excellent. We were able to use the sauna and also very good. There is a supermarket a couple of blocks away and it allows you to stock everything.

Great place didn't have any issues which weren't solved promptly during my stay, decent location but a little far from the main areas of interest, but would stay here again. A minor recommendation for longer stays would be to have a change of sheets/bed linen available otherwise they have to be washed and dried on the same day which is not so convenient or practical.

All good, the studio has everything needed and the area is quite central and safe. The place is very quiet - except for the neighbours playing volleyball until 12, but it was only one night.
