There are also two large gardens where you can sunbathe and enjoy some relaxation. There is a parking lot with a reserved parking space.

Apartment located on the first floor, finely furnished, one minute from the sea and the center of Santa Margherita Ligure. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with a single bed, from the entrance we then have the living room with sofa bed available and a kitchen complete with gas stove, oven, kitchen utensils, refrigerator and freezer, glasses, cutlery and welcome prosecco! There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower stall.
