Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrea’s place! It exceeded our expectations. Andrea was very responsive, helping us to navigate the area and European appliances :-)! We would love to stay again as our family had an amazing time!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Very spacious apartment with a lot of rooms, nice big balcony. The temperature of the apartment was comfortable, not to warm despite the temperature outside. The apartment is close to a few nice restaurants, the lakeside, a supermarket and gelatostore. It is also possible to cook yourself in the kitchen, there are enough utensils etc. We slept really well because the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We were happy with the free parking spot in the garage. Decent pricing. We would definitely recommend.

Recommend this place highly. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Beautiful scenery along with a hot tub and sauna for our pleasure. House was immaculate and beautifully furnished and decorated. Also, walking distance to a restaurant that we visited twice for delicious food and scenery.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with a great view. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

I had a wonderful stay at this charming home! The peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by nature, made for a truly relaxing getaway. WOW!!! What can I say, the Lake guesthouse is possibly the best Airbnb Guesthouse we have stayed in abroad. It has everything. The host Franco could not have been nicer, he is a complete gent and it was an honor to meet him. My partner and I were in Orta San Giulio to get married and we used Franco's Lake House as our resting place for a few nights. It was simply perfect. Incredibly clean, stunning area, the lake is perfect for swimming in and Franco's attention to detail is second to none. Amazing. We will definitely be back :)

If you are looking for a peaceful place and beautiful surroundings then this appartment is for you! You will be stunned by the beauty of the lake and mountains. Waking up to this scenery every day and being able to see it from every window is a treat that no one deserves and yet you are living it every moment of your day. Easy reachable by car, by the lake and the host is simply one of the best. We used Airbnb for years and Mattia is one of our favorite hosts up to date. Quick with responses, easy to communicate, and very helpful. He supplies you with various amounts of different types of food to end your evening of arrival or start the morning and then you can drive to the nearest supermarket Cetti 15 min by car on a straight road and it has everything. And did I mention the steps…you need to climb up to be in paradise. Thank you Mattia for sharing this place with the world of adventurous people!

It's a beautiful place with an amazing view. The apartment is really good. It's a quiet and peaceful place to rest and unwind. I recommend 100% and a responsive and very welcoming host.

A great apartment up on the hill in a beautiful quiet village of Nesso, with an incredible view of lake Como. The place is spacious and comfortable for our group of four. And it so private, you just want to sit there, enjoy the vuew and do nothing else. But the best part are the host. Francesco is proactive and at the same time very quick to respond to all our questions. And his mom, who welcomed us upon arrival, is so kind and friendly. With the price we paid, oh it was so worth it.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had. Mario was very proactive with contacting me and responding to questions. He very kindly came to pick us up from the station due to the heavy rain when we arrived. He also have us a very thorough explanation of the house and the facilities. All this before mentioning the house itself! It was perfect! The view is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean and better than the photos. It's was absolutely suitable for our group of 4 (one couple and two single adults). There is a lining room and balcony where you can sit together and separate bedrooms to get away to. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

We had such a great time visiting here. It was a bit of a walk to the house but very doable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Riccardo was extremely responsive during our visit too. Menaggio was the perfect area to stay at Lake Como. All of the charm and half of the crowds. We Hope to come back again someday.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Boat Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Silvia and Gigi welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Everything also worked out very well for our 10-month-old daughter. We will miss the views and the flair very much. Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

We had a serene, peaceful & wonderful time staying at Silvia’s place. We felt totally at home and we couldn’t get over how amazing the views were! The home is lovely and cosy and we enjoyed having breakfasts outside in the crisp mornings & lighting the fire in the evenings as we cosied up. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and utensils which made it easy for us to cook our own meals whilst we were there. The pool area is stunning and we enjoyed playing on the tennis table too. We loved seeing Silvia’s animals around the grounds including extremely friendly cats, dogs & even some tortoises! Silvia was extremely responsive and helpful and she was there to personally greet us as we drove toward the property. She gave us great local recommendations and was a very polite and sweet lady. The area itself is breathtakingly beautiful, we felt like we had the place to ourselves as we wandered the streets of gravedona. Would recommend!

We loved our stay here! Be prepared to hike a steep incline to get to the apartment if you don’t rent a car. It’s well worth the hike for the incredible views but just be prepared! Everything was wonderful and we loved the location.

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Really attractive home with a great pool and pleasant garden, just out of town definitely need a car to explore the local area, which we did. Enjoyed the restaurants in Laveno. Monica is a great host and lovely and friendly. Highly recommended!
