This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Downtown location by farmers markets, Feather River, Museums, antique shops, restaurants/bars, movie theater, 2 casinos, Oro Dam/lake, hiking, & much more. Chico & Marysville/Yuba City only a half hour drive. Extremely clean (no carpeting).

Morrocan Colorful Room & Bath

I was in town for work. Overall this was a great place to stay. It had everything I needed and was immaculate. The washing machine was a huge plus and the AC worked amazingly well. The kitchen had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Chris’s place! It was clean, comfortable and centrally located to downtown Chico. There was a designated parking spot, but we also appreciated the abundant street parking. The location felt safe and we would stay there again when in Chico!

A lovely, quiet home in a peaceful, rural-agricultural neighborhood overflowing with historical Oroville vibes. Some other reviewers have commented their concern over the local homeless population and while we did see one such fellow, it wasn't an issue and didn't cause us to feel unsafe. The dogs loved the open space throughout the house and the fenced yard -- FYI, though: if you have a small dog that could squeeze through a 5"x5" square, the backyard fencing likely wouldn't meet your needs. The back porch with string lights is a nice space to spend the evening or in the morning with coffee. Love the early morning rooster sounds nearby that are only audible from outside the home! I also truly appreciated the abundance of cozy blankets for snuggling up with. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
