Approx. 20 min by car to Fredrikstad city center and Skjærhalden

Enjoy lazy summer days in idyllic Utgårdskilen. Utgårdskilen is Hvaler's largest fishing port and also offers several swimming opportunities and a fantastic archipelago landscape. The cabin has lake views and sun from morning to evening, and is very undisturbed. There is a short distance to bathing areas and great outdoor areas with the coastal path on Hvaler right nearby. The cabin has three bedrooms and six beds, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The cabin has no running water and sewage, but cistern water in the kitchen and bathroom.

Experience a unique cottage plot of over 1300 sqm on Hvaler. Enjoy the sun right by the water, whether you want to sit on the terrace, the jetty or the beach. Explore the surrounding area by water and on foot in the beautiful surroundings. Kayaks, paddleboards (SUP) and rowboats are available for guests. Play volleyball on your own beach, eat out in one of the dining areas, read a book on the jetty or jump from the diving tower and swim a lap. Spend time with your family, relax and enjoy some relaxing days all to yourselves.

Large open concept living room and kitchen. Very sunny and sheltered. Parking on the property. Three bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed, one room with a bunk bed (2 sleeping places) and a room with a 120 cm bed. No running water in the cabin. Water is available from a cistern that is filled with rainwater. Drinking water is available in the cabin. Cinderella incineration toilet. For the children: Trampoline, sand box, private wooden play house with slide, zip line. Remember to bring your own bedding/towels.

Bryggerhuset at Spjærøy, Hvaler

Cozy little holiday home on Spjærøy on Hvaler. The brewery house is part of an old small farm and the hosts live in the main house. Here, you can enjoy quiet and peaceful days in the garden, or go for a walk to the lake. Both Spjærekilen with good bathing opportunities and Kjellvika is within walking distance. Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or want to explore Hvaler, this is a nice base. Shops about 5 km away. We have 7 happy hens that partly roam freely.

Holiday apartment by the lake, Hvaler

From this apartment centrally located on Hvaler, you have immediate proximity to the lake and great archipelago nature. At the marina there are guest places for boats for a fee (guests must check for availability) This is an excellent starting point for paddling, surfing or other water sports activities. Ytre Hvaler National Park, with great hiking areas and coastal trails, is about 1 km away. There is also a small sandy beach 100 m from the house. There is a kiosk, restaurant and marina in the area.

"Bua" in maritime surroundings!

Welcome to "bua" at Hvalstrand jetty! Bua is a cozy cabin located on Hvaler's perhaps most charming marina. Here it is quiet and peaceful while you get a taste of boating. Bua is located in connection with the boat docks, so you can expect to meet people who are vacationing in their boats. There are bathing facilities on site with a bathing staircase at the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of nice nature with forests, trails and mountains. Cottage by the sea with a large dock

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Cabin by the sea.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Possibility to borrow laundry room located in the guest house with own entrance. Private patio outside the annex. Good sun conditions.

Spacious and nice apartment with a secluded location on Vesterøy on Hvaler. Parking space available. Walking/bicycle distance to swimming areas and hiking trails. Several beaches with good parking nearby. From the center of Vesterøy, there is a bus both further out towards Skjærhalden and into Fredrikstad. Here you can enjoy the tranquility with a cup of coffee in the sun, take a walk in the woods, a swim in the sea and explore Hvaler's sights.
