Monthly Rentals in Panza

I rented the place alone and felt totally comfortable. It is spacious and has a large terrace in front with table and deck chair. In the kitchen there was everything you need for cooking and also basic food such as spices and oil. It was totally clean and quiet in the surrounding area. The place is in a great location, I really liked the place and it's a 15-minute walk to the star. You can also rent bikes and scooters in the village. The only drawback: unfortunately, you don't look at the sea here, but at the owners' house. But in general you can see a beautiful sunset from the hill. Vincenzo was a very friendly and helpful host. He gave me Easter eggs and lemons from the property. I very much enjoyed my stay

We truly had a dream vacation staying in their Villa. From the beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains to just relaxing on the patio having morning coffee. We had a special opportunity of the Best chef in Ischia Marco to cook dinner for us on the patio. The food and atmosphere was one of our best memories! We will most definitely return! Thank you both Marco and Anna:)

Jeff and Alessandro are excellent hosts: super friendly, responsive and kind. They took very good care of us and went beyond our expectations. The house is exactly like the photos show and the Mediterranean, communal and peaceful garden was a lovely surprise; just like the cake and coffee they offered us on Easter Day. Forio has lots to offer and we had the best time on our scooter. Go to the lighthouse for aperitivo, relax in Poseidon and dine at Lisola. We had a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely come back one day because there is so much to do and our time there was limited. See you!

I had a wonderful time staying at Giancarlo’s place in Ischia! The location was perfect, and the accommodation was cozy and comfortable. Giancarlo was a fantastic host—his detailed introduction and helpful tips made it easy to explore the island and enjoy my time to the fullest. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Ischia!
