Very nice house,a little humidity because of the old well that is inside the apartment. Charming garden, crazy view. Easy to get around and free parking very close by. Overall a delightful experience!

Laura was such a sweet host! She even picked us up from the train station The place was very cozy and has anything you could need :)

We had a great stay at the Abbey. The natural surroundings are beautiful and it has a spectacular view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside under the olive trees and using the bbq area.

The apartment is located just outside Perugia, surrounded by a forest and therefore very quiet. It's all new and newly renovated, very clean and equipped with every comfort. Michele and Simona are two very kind and helpful Hosts and made us feel welcome. Very convenient to leave the car in front of the entrance gate. Absolutely recommended!

We had a very good time, quiet location and close to the junction for Perugia, so great for reaching both Assisi and Perugia and Lake Trasimeno. Clean accommodation equipped with every comfort (parking space on the property). Friendly, clear and attentive host. Quick to respond and generous with directions about the area. Found ourselves in a bit of a dilemma as our plans had been thrown by a train strike. Robbie was our saviour. Lovely apartment, close to the station with everything you could need. Would definitely use again if I find myself in Perugia. Many thanks for everything Robbie.

We loved the house. It is in the perfect place for exploring Gubbio. It's near everything. Barbara answered any questions promptly. A very typical authentic house in the middle of a the medieval city.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Wonderful flat in middle of old town. The flat’s balcony opens on to the main square. Modern, clean interior, ideal of a couple. Definitely recommended

We stayed with Simona for a week in May with our dog and felt very comfortable right away. The property and garden are a dream. Super nice location, very spacious and many opportunities to make it cozy - whether on the terrace or by the pool. Her two dogs are very friendly and got along well with our dog. Whether traveling with a dog or without - we would highly recommend this accommodation. It is suitable both as a starting point to explore the region, as well as to simply have a good time on site in this fantastic place and simply enjoy nature and tranquility.

We absolutely loved it and would definitely want to return there - a very special place, lovely people - a real holiday!

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

We stayed for one night, we had a great time. Francesca is very nice, always available to recommend restaurants for dinner. Quiet place, very comfortable bed, we slept like six children. We fell in love with the area, we will definitely come back in the future.

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Elias was an amazing host! He was friendly, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive he even reached out before we arrived to make sure everything was set for our stay, and checked in on us during the trip to see if we needed anything. His home in Montepulciano is absolutely beautiful spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we could have wanted. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had the most wonderful time at Marina's. The home is really special, with a beautiful history...we felt right at home. Every room has a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. It was a very special holiday for us, our first with our six month old, and Marina made it particularly beautiful and memorable. We really hope to come back again.
