Monthly Rentals in Pantai Kampung Tekek

I really loved my stay at the beach Chalet. June and her family are so cute and friendly, very positive vibes. The location is quite remote from the rest of the island, but the beach and dschungel are like paradise. Unfortunately the wheater was so bad due to monsoon season and ferry was not operating, so I recommend not to go there in Dec/Jan. But I think rest of the year it must be perfect! Highly recommend this place and would come again :-)

Imagine waking up in paradise - you step out of your brightly coloured room and the first thing you see is the turquoise water lapping against the white beach, just beyond a hammock gently swaying between the two palm trees flanking the space in front of your roofed personal porch...that's Rainbow chalet! Hidden from the crowds at Tekek, Juara is both incredibly peaceful and still well connected via a steep junglepath you can easily conquer with one of the multiple mopeds for rent if you really need to, otherwise there's enough beach cafes/restaurants and 2 mini markets at a convenient walking distance to keep you fed, so you can easily stay put for days, dipping into the lukewarm waves, exploring the lubuk teja waterfall about 1h of hiking through the jungle away, the turtle sanctuary, or the 3 coral reef areas that are reachable with a pair of fins, some rock-clambering (watch the tides!) and snorkelling equipment. A truly magical place!

We were really surprised by the chalet we were accomodated in, newly renovated and really stylish. Clean and cozy. Hosts were really nice and did all they could to help us. The views and the beautiful beach right in front of your door is a cherry on top! Would recommend 100%.

We LOVED our stay at the Nipah Chalet! It exceeded our expectations by far. Abbas and his worker Nazirul were the most friendly and welcoming persons we’ve probably met abroad. We did so many cool acitivities (snorkeling, trekking, fishing) with them. We also loved our little cozy hut right on the beachfront. We can do nothing but recommend this chalet to everyone traveling to Tioman because it’s the perfect mix of kindness, coziness, adventure and island experience. Enjoy!! :)
