Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Pan Valley, Schwanebeck district, on the city border to Berlin-Buch, near the Helios Clinic. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Your large apartment (60 m²) is located on the northeastern outskirts of Berlin, in the middle of the Barnimer Feldmark, only 20 minutes to Berlin-Gesunbrunnen from Buch S-Bahn station. In addition to the bedroom, the cozy apartment has a sofa bed with a mattress width of 100 cm in the large living room.

Schwanenburg Apartments am Helios Klinikum - Apartment 3: This welcoming and bright accommodation (15 sqm) features a French double bed (width 1.40 m), a bathroom, and a fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. Supermarkets, a bakery, and a drugstore are 700 meters away. Parking and Wi-Fi (suitable for streaming/video calls to a limited extent) are available free of charge. Our location is in Panketal, right on the Berlin city border. A bus station is in front of the house.

Modern, bright 64 m² apartment in a quiet location on the Berlin city border. The accommodation in a well-kept two-family house offers a view of greenery. The S-Bahn (line S2 directly to Mitte) can be reached in about 17 minutes on foot, alternatively there is a regular bus service. A supermarket and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are nearby. Places to call home

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.
