Top location and connection! A tasteful and cozy apartment with beautiful views. With so much exciting reading, days could only be spent reading if the surroundings were not so tempting. High-quality kitchen equipment, even if more for narrow personalities. The entrance area can be unsettled at first, but Kerstin explains everything so clearly and kindly and at the top there is a lot of space for relaxation and enjoyment. You can argue about art, sensitive stomachs, just turn them around. ;) Tip: keep luggage clear! The shortest distance from the parking lot around the house to the 10th floor is longer than expected and also includes some stairs in addition to the elevator. But everything is doable and arrived at the top, people forget every hardship anyway. Then the possibility of a warm bath - a dream! Vegetarian/vegan living people are well advised in the boathouse right at the feet of the house. We were absolutely thrilled! Thank you,Kerstin!

Really great accommodation. The furnishings are of high quality and tasteful and everything is still very new and thoughtful. The sauna is of course a special highlight. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back here if we go to Fehmarn again.

We stayed at Sarah's place for five nights and enjoyed it extraordinarily well. Personally, I don't like going on vacation, but in this great apartment I immediately felt very comfortable and we had a great time as a family. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and invites you to linger and watch the sunset. The apartment has a wonderful amount of space and is very child-friendly with toys, books and great " five friends"- cassettes. The beach and a great playground are just a little bike ride away. There is also a lot to discover and do throughout the area. Really absolutely recommended for happy holidays.

The place was very clean and much larger than expected. Recommended for small families. Sandra thought of everything. Shopping 10 minutes' walk. Beach 10 minutes by car. The garden is beautifully maintained. Everything was great!

Dirks apartment is stylish and very tastefully decorated, radiates tranquility and was ideally suited for my little break by the sea. A well-equipped kitchenette and the very comfortable bed make it easy to feel comfortable. The airy loggia is a cozy place to read, drink coffee, do nothing... In addition, it is a leisurely 15-minute stroll to the beach. The location is also ideal for excursions and exploring the region. I lacked nothing, except a few weeks to read through the excellently equipped bookshelf. 😊 The very pleasant and uncomplicated communication with Dirk rounded off a relaxed Baltic Sea week for me in the best possible way. I was extremely grateful and happy when I arrived in front of the house that I had chosen this accommodation. Beautifully landscaped beds, lawn, own terrace, own carport and fantastic surroundings. Pure nature and above all really quiet. Exactly what I wanted. Beautiful and stylishly furnished inside. There is everything you need for a holiday. Whether a folder with all the important and useful tips and recommendations for the stay or a freezer or a washing machine. Everything has been thought of here. The hosts are very friendly and likeable. They make you feel like you have a real piece of home here. I felt that way too and was able to really enjoy my vacation there. I will definitely come back.

We spent an extended weekend with the family with 6 adults in this beautiful Airbnb. We especially liked the garden, the beautiful birdsong and breakfast on the covered terrace. Everything was as described and we felt very comfortable. We can fully recommend it.

We had a good time in the apartment of Niklas and his family. Especially the beautiful large garden with all its play and gymnastic facilities had conquered our hearts. We have 100% enjoyed our stay. The apartment, as well as the grounds, are fantastic. The sea is next door and we felt completely comfortable. A special highlight was the small sauna area on the premises! Thanks so much and see you soon!

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund's place, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well appointed. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply gorgeous. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

We enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice and we lacked nothing. Fiona was quick to respond to any questions and was accommodating. The path to the beach ( a beautiful lagoon), the children felt a little long at 10-15 minutes and would have liked to have a scooter or bike with them. But were only there for 2 nights, otherwise we would probably have borrowed bicycles for the beautiful area.

Very Nice place, close to the Beach and the city

We had a really great time staying at the place! Everything was super relaxed – totally quiet, but still you are on the beach or in the village in a few minutes' walk. Perfect mix. We were there with two dogs and everything was just right: The garden is completely fenced, the two could move freely, and we didn't have to worry about anything. Otherwise, the apartment was well equipped – nothing was really missing. Everything is very clean, tidy and furnished with a lot of love. Lutz was super friendly, totally uncomplicated and flexible – you just feel welcome. The bikes were a great extra, and the fact that they even thought of the spa card and a guide was really practical. In short: We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.
